The experience is good. My uses are two: Scan invoices and process documents of the public administration.
I have been looking for a software to extract data for a few months. I have bought several. What I like about this one in particular is that in less than 20 minutes I managed to understand it.
It is above the competition in my country (Spain). In terms of performance and price. However, I think they should seriously work on some plugin for Office 365/Gmail that allows scanning without having to forward to the application. That would be a game changer.

Easy setup and use with Zapier automations. HTML email parser seems to work more accurately than other options.
Limit of 30 processing credits on the free tier. Pricing for next tier is reasonable for what it provides but is too big of a jump for us currently.

I used Parsio on a daily basis to format datas i receive but email and uploaded it on a notion database. Didn't that kind of product exist and a google search finds it for me
Really simple to use for anyone. I've setup my tasks in a few minutes

It was really very easy to setup. I wanted to check how good business card ocr performed and it was able to extract the right information 95% of the times even it degraded images. Since it provides several integration option, it is very easy to send a request and via API and listen to responses from webhooks out of the box.
I did not find any limitations so far since it worked perfectly good out of the box for the use case I had in mind

The experience was great, and for a different type of customer I think it would be a great fit.
We were interested in email parsing of reservation documents, and decided to try their GPT-powered parser. It worked well, and wasn't very difficult to get up and running with something quickly. Their APIs also worked well for integration into our app
For the price, we found we were better off in our case going directly to OpenAI for the GPT parsing ultimately.

We are using the tools fot our customers and our internal use. For examaple with parsio we can grab quizzes resultats send by email to make a student dashbord.
I've discovered parsio with appsumo and that's perfect tools to grab the data of debug emails to push it in our dashboard.
It could be amazing to have an ORC process or grab data in images.

I've used it every day since signing up for the free trial. I've tried lots of software similar to Parsio but this one is by far the best. Great customer service team and lots of interface options to choose from.
Nothing comes to mind. I would recommend without hesitation.

I used Parsio to read and transcribe old handwritten notebooks. It was very useful, it helped me to understand some letters that only with uman eye I couldn't see.
It permit at everyone to try to use it. The next time I will try to build my own alphabet to read old hanwritten papers. Maybe It could be used in papirology too.
Some categories are too specific and an early user like me could not understand all the utilities and parsio's opportunities

The "mailbox" interface has been designed with great care, providing an intuitive and simple user experience. OCR (optical character recognition) is efficient and accurate, while the various methods of retrieving the analyzed data are equally reliable, providing an excellent overall experience.

Parsio has helped me integrateswith the tools I am already using, allowing me to export leads data from my emails to Google Sheets, automatically parse PDF invoices and import them into my accounting software, and upload attachments to cloud storage.
It will be great if the data quality can be improved, nevertheless, parsio has been great

I use Parsio to extract very specific text from the XLS file in my email attachment.
I like the simplicity and ease of use of this tool. Create a mailbox, follow by a template to tell Parsio what data you need to extract and you are good to go. This helps a lot especially if you are running an Ecommerce store. I also like webhook & Zapier integration which provides great flexibility. There is also Integromate if you are not using Zapier.
Not much for me to complain about because while Parsio can do only one task, it does the task very well.

Compared to other similar products, Parsio allows for a great workflow that never gets too technical or complex. The templates made for a very quick setup given the high volume of data I had to process.
Maybe the great amount of features I don't use but that would have to pay for.
