It's a wonderful tool for web scraping or social media automation. (It's a library of API) The team still develop the platform without any break.

Sometimes it can be hard to set up the automation. For social medias functions, you have to limit yourself with the usage to avoid to get ban.

Easy to use, user friendly and no coding required. Even a non technical person can use it.

Setting up the phantoms might need some learning curve. But it works

Son principale inconvenient sont les bugs et la difficulté de prendre en main l'outil.

Phantombuster helps me with so many tasks that I would otherwise be unable to do (unless I learned python). Their LinkedIn APIs are amazing, and they keep coming out with great APIs for other platforms that empower marketers.

The pricing of Phantombuster is quite high.

I love the ability to automate mind numbing tasks and reach out to a large audience. I automated reach outs to set up meetings, which would have taken forever but using PB I was able to have it run while I was at work, which allowed me to "work" on my startup and still get good stuff done at work.

I wish there were more options around timing (or they were more obvious). I often ran it once an hour but would forgot to turn it off at the end of the day and run out of all my CPU time at like 3 am.

Phantombuster is super flexible web automation infrastructure. The Auto-schedule feature is rely powerful. Support is super reactive and helpful.

Tool is easy to master. The tech doc could be improved for example provide example of evaluate function without Jquery selector. Would also be useful to have documentation about prebuild packages like linkedin login function & web search package.

You can automate most tasks using Phantombuster. Whether it's LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter or Facebook - Phantombuster allows you to save a huge amount of time thanks to automation. I really like the fact that it's NOT a chrome extension. Usually, those extensions are really killing the RAM of a computer. With Phantombuster you can simply set up everything and close it. It will work on its own, almost like magic.

The user interface was a bit rough at first but they're continuously improving it with cool tutorials to help out.

Automation at its finest ! all the tools that this software has works great . We use it a lot for linkedin lead generation using sales navigator and it delivers all the data we need to contact and close the deal

Would love to have a direct connection to google sheets than downloading each csv individually . As well would love the UI to connect differents automations be easier to understand and use

Thanks to Phantombuster I can now spend my time on valuable tasks. The APIs are really great and useful to automate tasks on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram... The support is perfect. They are quick to answer to my questions. The tool is easy to understand and the tutorials are good.

The only thing that I'd like would be to have more & more APIs but I know they are working hard on it!

Easy to set up, unfortunately in my case it also meant easy to be banned.

It's despicable to have a bot that violates Instagram T&C and not make a clear, visible disclaimer that one is using these bots on their own risk. I've used this bot to get a list of followers and instagram banned me, with no opportunity to recover the account. Never using this tool again

Nothing we liked about this. It was expensive, support tickets unanswered after 4 weeks

None of our phantom scripts for instagram work. We had one of our main business brand IG accounts blocked, as we have not been able to login for over 2 weeks. No one replies to support tickets with any detail. It's a really poor service.

It's amazing tool for upgrading marketing to a next level. Integrations with Facebook, LinkedIn, Qoura and Twitter helps you grow social media profiles, find leads and increase awareness about your product, uplift engagement with followers. Easy to use, great blog post with ideas and useful tool to save tons of time.

LinkedIn email finder might be improved, also lack of automated workflows that you can set up once and just monitor the channels - so that you need to do several integrations if you use several tools at once.

No Instagram APIs that are really helping me. In rest, I'm not sure I can say something bad about them, support helped me a few times and everything was fine.

Can scrape many in a short amount of time. Also its great that there are many different apps across multiple platforms.

Without hunter, can't scrape many emails. Also the customer service is lacking, tough to get someone to respond to concerns.

Le scrapping pour lequel j'ai voulu utiliser PhantomBuster n'a pas fonctionné, suite aux échanges avec le support, j'ai réessayer maintes fois et perdus plusieurs heures de mon temps et de l'outils en essayant leurs solutions pour que cela fonctionne sans succès. Ils ont donc remis la faute sur le site et non sur l'outil, j'ai gentiment demandé si il était possible de récupérer les heures pour pouvoir...

that ability to save tones of time. Doing the things this tool will do manually will take hours, but this tool will do it in minutes.

not the easiest to use. However it's worth the time investing in using it as it will save hours. Plus its a lot easier than learning Python to do it yourself.

The fact that i have access to all the linkedin profiles that i need is more perfect. And they are pretty accurate to be honest.

Nothing to complain but maybe for the upgradation cost on the account it would be good to have more then an hour.

Very efficient, in-depth tutorials that are easy to start with, enjoy the app overall. Even though we could add more integrations.

I think the fact that they don't offer any free plan is a pity, but that's the only negative point so far.

One place to I can do all my list building from. I can build lists going after target leads emails, facebook profiles, twitter accounts, and most importantly their LinkedIn. Then I can take it further by sending connection requests and messages on LinkedIn.

Having to wait for more cool scripts to work with. There's so many awesome scripts, but I would love to see more scripts coming out more frequently. Even if there was a beta store for us to test them out before they're fully released.

It does what it promises, the data is extracted well, way faster if with own solution. Easy to use.

There are some shifts in the data offered sometimes with no idea where it comes from, probably mismatch/not tuned for some formatting. You can not do much if you want many threads, need to wait or have more budget what gets costly.

Does not offer direct Integrations with CRM. PhantomBuster can do more in terms of community events and webinars for their users

Set it and forget it. Do a little work configuring and then it goes to work for you. Very available customer service. Their tutorials are well done, so even a non-technical person could use this service.

Not really a con, but I would love the ability to harness the power of these API's with Sales Navigator. But I think that is on their radar
