We are a multi - unit, multi channel Tile retailer. This software allows us to publish our stock by physical location on our Magento 2 website and update prices, inventory and other attributes quickly and easily. It makes for a great customer experience and has saved us alot of money while helping to grow our business. The integration itself was a breeze - the team at Apps EConnect seem to be available 24-7 to fix any problems or issues we might have. Having had a bad experience with another provider I have nothing but good things to say about this company and product. I would highly recommend it.
This software works out of the box and the team at Apps E-Connect are on hand any time if a problem arises or if further customisation is required. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I discovered the software on Google, I needed to connect SAP with Magento. The project is still under development, but the availability and competence with which they are following me is fantastic. They never fail to update me or to make calls to progress in the project.
I appreciated the flexibility and completeness of the software, the ability to solve synchronization problems.
I have nothing that I don't like, the software is very complete.

An easy of use platform with a great support.
Its a software that is easy to monitor. The best feature is that when its completely set up works smooth. Also you can configure multiple scenarios which is very helpful when you have complex scenarios.
On every software, always is a good idea to improve the configuration interface.

My overall experience its really good. Develover team assigned to my project was always helping me to take decisions and helping with my English language. Finally we have finished project with all points and working fine. Thanks
I like this software because is perfectly integrated with SAP and Woocommerce. All that is parameterized, customers, orders, products etc works 100% and we have no problems to sync it into SAP BO. Software use is really easy trough APPSeConnect portal, where I can see all that I can manage. Its a very good software.
I think that there is a special characteristic that is not available in WooCommerce connector and its important for me, its photo sync from folder where SAP save its photos. I had to upload it manually to woocommerce interface.

Seamless integration of Dynamics NAV with our Shopify store. Being an omnichannel business, many a time customers would order an item online that has been already sold in-store. But with the Appseconnect integration, inventory is updated almost real-time helping us solve this important business problem. Also they have a good support team in place who are there to troubleshoot any issues.
Error reports could be more informative but otherwise no apparent cons to the software

I went from being very frustrated with APPSeCONNECT at the beginning of this project to very happy during the middle and the end of the project. I believe most of my frustrations during the project came from poor communication of what was wanted and expected on our website. I am very happy to say that once we had an understanding between our companies of how we wanted things to be, the APPSeCONNECT team did everything they could to get us up and running in a timely fashion and exceeded our expectations.
I have been very impressed with how well the software interacts with our web site and our ERP system.
I have not found anything I do not like on the software as of yet.

Every day the team were spending hours inputting website orders into SAP, then creating invoices and incoming payments; all of this is now automated with APPSe and is saving us hours of time every day! This means we can focus on sales and growing the business. It is our ambition to dramatically grow our website orders but we have not been able to do this until we had an automated solution...APPSe has given us this solution.
We use APPSe to transfer product data from SAP B1 to Magento 2 website and to transfer orders from Magento 2 website to SAP B1. This automatic sync saves us hours of manpower every day and releases our team from admin tasks, so they can focus on customer support and growing the business! It also stops errors that occur from manual inputting of data.
We have not found anything we do not like about this software so far.

The software works very well the integration period was quick and easy and they keep you informed of every stage along the way. We had a few teething issues but the support team were very keen to get things fixed and once resolved the software has been 100% stable.

What I liked most about this software is the integration of the databases between the Shopify and SAP platforms.
What I didn't like was the time difference between Mexico and India. Sometimes it was difficult to schedule follow-up meetings in the implementation of the system.

Great team who are good to work with. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] our contact has been great and we have built up a great relationship over the past 1-2 years.
Being able to link our SAP into Magento 2 with a high level of customisation. If you can think it there is a good chance it can be customised. This allows us to make a more efficient and user friendly experience for our customers and sales reps.
As our project required a large amount of customisation this takes time. Nothing to do with the software just part of the process.

We are syncing our orders from multiple systems to SAP . Salesforce , Shipstation and Megento .
Its really fast and connects to multiple data points. Support is amazing we never had any issues , during implantation phase entire team went above and beyond to assist us . Very professional Team always ready to help.
great software , no complaints . We are currently using EDI which is slow in some cases . Adding AppseConnect improved our order processing by 50% .

We used the APPSeCONNECT software to integrate our Shopify platform with SAP B1. Despite both Shopify and SAP B1 having a number of restrictions in place, this software and the team at InSync managed to implement an application that is easy to use and helps to reduce the level of human input required to fulfill our orders.
Overall the product has a number of pros but one area that could be improved is the interface of the application. Unfortunately when a syncing issue is experienced there is very little detail provided in the interface to understand the root cause of the issue.

Very good. The team was responsive to customization and changes. Changes can be executed within a few days.
The app can be used to integrate information flow between some of the most popular e-commerce software. Integration can be automated or manually executed. The interface is clean. It is affordable to deploy for most medium to large companies.
You may need their help to customize the software instead of a plug-and-play. But it is easy to pick up and learn.

Feature-rich product with lots of configuration options and ability to customize. It can do pretty much anything you like but it is not a DIY configuration. You need an experienced APPSeCONNECT consultant to implement the system. Once all is configured it just runs. You get a daily email with statistics on the orders and products that have been transferred. The App and Portal account enable you to change sync settings. Any change in sync rules should be performed by the implementation consultant.
The software is great but configuration can be complex. That in itself is not a problem or a negative but it requires you to have very detailed description of your requirements.
