Their tools are exceptional and their customer service even better. I am really happy how [sensitive content hidden] assists when there are any issues.
I like the many options I can scrape from, including Yellowpages, facebook, and Linkedin, by domains, phones, and emails. I REALLY love the fact that all emails are cleaned automatically.

The products just simply do not work as advertised

A lot of time waisted on tools that do not do what they say, however customer service is there to tell you that they do not do what is advertised but lots of reasons why

none most of the tools have bugs and do not do as advertised and are cleverly disguised

Cons

facebook scraper scrapes all night 38k prospects and collects 30 email that are useless like info or accounts no personal emails.facebook messenger says it sends and they charge you but no opens them?? strange but they still say they were Delivered in one breath and then there own logs say ERROR so the truth is hard for them to say

I've been amazed at how responsive the team is and how well the tools work. We've had a few issues with tools that stop working now and again but the dev team are very responsive and quick to fix the issues.

Pros

Their tools are exceptional and their customer service even better! I am really happy how [sensitive content hidden] assists when there are any issues

Cons

Some of the tools stop working now and then, but usually due to external issues with FB etc. The Dev team always do their best to fix this though

Now Online Chat Reps / No Pre-Sale Mention of the Term of Service

Although both the home page and several notations within the website and the software speak about "instant" help via online chat, I accessed the online chat help, during normal Monday business hours in Eastern Standard Time, making several entries over 1.5 hours. No one responded. There is a bot that, after the first few minutes, prompts you to communicate through email instead, offering no instructions,...

The software is easy to use with quick set-up and a free trials that on 03/06/2023 offers 30 free credits.

Cons

No support available. Online support absent. Prompted email support was without instruction/email address. FAQ did not answer my question. Terms of Service did not answer my question.

Pros

The Instagram auto dm feature is something that other platforms do not offer. It is life-changing.

Cons

There is a small learning curve to getting everything set up, but support is super helpful and there are a lot of guides.

Fake trial

Terrible as I waist my time. Be clear from the beginning.

Pros

It was easy to set up and straightforward

Cons

They offer a trial where you get 30 free credits but what they don´t mention clear it´s you can connect and extract but you can not download or see. So what was the point of the trial? I want to test if the quality of the leads will be good. Check how the data is organize. Otherwise I could just watch the video where the tool show how works the extraction.

Amazing Startup Growth Tool

Pros

The software is very easy to set up and it does its job very well. The tool replaces hours and hours of manual work and allows me to scale up by ten fold and more in the future. It really is a great tool for startups who wants to grow and take advantage of other methods of advertising, such as through FB groups and FB DMs. Conversion rate is much higher than usual social media ad.

Cons

There is a bug where the FB messaging tool stops working sometimes, and so I have to edit the .CSV file for it to work again, but that I hope it'll be fixed soon.

I already canceled almost all my other scrapers and have moved almost entirely to Prospectss.

Pros

Maybe the price structure could allow credit-based plans without monthly costs. Pay per credits

You Need To See For Yourself!

I was scraping a facebook group for leads in under 5 minutes of getting started so I couldn't be happier with the turn around time.

Pros

I'm so happy I came across prospectss. The tool is so simple and easy to use (I mainly use it for email scraping across facebook groups or twitter profiles for lead generation) with the google chrome extension.

Cons

The product itself is incredible. You just have to realize that you are in control of the quality of leads it finds for you. The best source you give it, the better and more targeted leads you'll receive back.

A valuable and relatively inexpensive product for marketing needs

Overall, we have a positive experience with the tools so far (just been a few months of using it), the customer support has been responsive the couple of times we needed their assistance and they understand English decently well enough, so we didn't have to go in circles trying to explain the issue.

Pros

I love the fact that there are so many tools under one roof, although we don't have a use for most of them since our needs are very specific. We mostly use Find Emails and B2B Lead Search for our regional clients who want to penetrate a larger market while avoiding low level staff and go straight for the decision makers with their business proposal.

Cons

The tools sometimes do not give the results that we are looking for and the credits are wasted. But that's not a problem with the tool, it's an issue with the data itself not being available on the web.

After having paid for the software. It doesn't alllow to download emails as promised. There is no customer support email or phone!!! After paying you are left to god for resolution and these fellows don't give any chat support also :( wasted ,my money. Still waiting resolution
