Pros

Has a multitude of options to enable the creation of complex dashboards. Fantastic online community providing excellent support and guidance.
I have being worked with QlikView for last 5 years and It was one of the best BI tools in the world. The level of slice and dice is amazing.
And the data holding capacity is excellent. Further it is easy to use and the integrations are also user friendly.

Pros

We can provide better customer service because everybody finds their needed information faster and more secure. That is a big advantage for all.
It's very easy to get reports from the dynamics Nav. Reliable and flexible with financial accounting with nice receivable and payable modules.
I like that we are able to have all of our stages in one program. From our quotes to our invoices, we can keep track of the progress of each transaction.

Cons

The tool can slow down and crash often depending on the size of data its processing.
Limited usage, but this could of been because if the types of functions we were needed.
It can be difficult for users to learn how to make complex functions. Also you have to invest a lot of time to build beatiful dashboard.

Cons

Otherwise implementation will fail and management will blame systems in front of business owners.
Nothing that I can think of as far as dislikes. Microsoft tends to put out easy-to-use products that require very little to no training to use.
It could take a while to learn how to use it. There are so many different ways to do things that it can become confusing at first.
