Pros

I have a great experience with this tool as this is very easy to use and EDA(Exploratory Data Analysis) through charts are very much effective and attractive.
This software is excellent in relation to every segment of business intelligence. It covers every aspect of our business and provides the opportunity synergize.
Coding is pretty much easy and visualization is best. Also, customer support is high and It can fetch billions of records for processing and processing speed is very high.

Pros

The openness of the system and ability to create so many solutions based on this little piece of software. It is a great foundation for creating a telecommunication solution for yourself.
Very easy to set up and the user interface is as friendly as I was able to navigate with ease. Asterisk is stable, reliable and SIP configurations are perfect and so adaptable.
Presently, I am including students in the system such that while on campus they can benefit from free phone calls while on campus. Asterisk is really amazing.

Cons

The SAS team stated our original technical onboarding person had an illness or emergency and then we didn't hear back with a new contact [SENSITIVE CONTENT] until about a month later.
However, it is just functional. Any customization on plots are difficult and requires you to understand intricacies of SAS Graph package.
I came from non-coding back ground so it was very tough for me. when i learnt R, I was worried more and then shifted to SAS.

Cons

Documentation is not good enough. When you have some problem it is hard to find the solution.
When I implementing my system.I could study several implementations and references. But there are no complete updated guide books,videos,references.
System is limited to your knowledge or knowledge you can find online or in books. Can get very complex and you can get swamped if you don't know what you are doing.
