SerpApi is the fastest SER API that we have tested and we have tested many. It also provides the features we need like all the search options. Customer support is extremely quick to respond and very accommodating.

Not really found something negative yet...

The search using DOI was very useful. It brought out exact matches to queries.

The query using bibliographic parameter brings out too many unnecessary matches.

SerpApi is an amazing tool for developers and businesses who need to gather search engine data for any purpose. We've been using it for a while, and their support is amazing.

Provides an easy to use tool for our very nich purpose. Highly impressed with response time both of the product itself, as well as the engineering & customer support teams.

No cons, however it would be cool to see them implement a list of trusted partners or developers in the future. Finding a dev to work with the API has not been easy for us, however this is something that's

That's not something you see everyday! * It's not the cheapest solution you can find - but for us it was reasonable and affordable considering the above advantages and that we get exactly what we need

I just wish they had another pricing tier for really early stage businesses/projects - which would make it probably easier and faster for us to sign up. Even though, comparing to the other alternatives which we tested - I believe we got the best value for money with SerpAPI.

Every API provider has a single purpose or two to use it, when it SERP API, you are given endless options and its so easy to integrate and use it for the type of needs required

Pagination requires multiple calls, but that is pretty standard.

We needed a solution to extract data from Google Shopping. After testing several services, we chose SerpApi, which outperformed the others in many respects. Data retrieval time is speedy, which is critical for us. The resulting data contains all the details. The support responds very quickly and, most importantly, delivers results - the new feature we requested was added in a couple of days.

I have not encountered any problems working with SerpApi.

We haven't encountered any issues while using SerpApi.

We used Google Maps API which included detail, review and photo. The data is live fetch from google map and the API is stable and reliable. The customer support team provides prompt responses to inquiries submitted during regular business hours.In addition to the JSON data, the API returns an authentic screenshot of the actual search engine results page, rather than an approximated reconstruction. Having the real screenshot makes the output much more intuitive and easier to quickly comprehend.

Instead of the current monthly subscription model, a pay-as-you-go pricing plan or bulk purchase of non-expiring API calls would better suit our unpredictable and fluctuating usage needs. With our API call volume varying significantly each month, the flexibility to pay only for what we use or pre-purchase call bundles that never expire would allow us to optimize costs based on real API demand

We needed to extract information from search engines programmatically in large volumes. We looked around the products landscape and found SerpAPI to be best fit. Their product APIs are very well documented. The playground makes it easy to test the queries in various environments/conditions easily. The SerpAPI support is superb. I have always got answers in very timely manner. Even when some new feature is required, SerpAPI team is responsive on acting on customer requests. Overall We are super happy that we chose SerpAPI and have been a happy customer.

I didnt find any thing that needs to be improved significantly. If there are any minor issues ( as they are with any product), just talking to their chat support will help resolving it.

I tested a few services trying to find one that returns the same results I see on my desktop or phone. It can be tricky as an e-commerce company because there are quite a few elements to return (Shopping ads, Shopping organic, text ads, organic results, Google Product results).SerpApi returned all of them well (although for Google Products you have to make a call directly to that API).Customer support is also very quick with responses during business hours. They put my feature request on the public roadmap immediately.

• Monthly pricing rather than pay-as-you-go. Can totally appreciate why they would go with this pricing route, but our usage is lumpy.• More expensive per search. The lowest tier is something like $0.01 per search, compared to other providers that are something $0.006 per SERP page. (A little bit of an apples to oranges comparison since they charge by the search rather than number of SERPs).

SerpAPI is honestly a game-changer. Their Google Search API, combined with OpenAI using Langchain Agents is like having a superpower. It really lets the LLM genie out of the bottle and provides almost endless use cases for applications that can intelligently fetch real-time data. Plus, the SerpAPI team is super helpful and responsive. Bottom line, if you're building with AI and need real-time data, you seriously need to check out SerpAPI.

honestly, no complaints. Implementing it was incredibly seamless and I'm extremely happy with the output.

I had no idea how to do, what I wanted to do. I chatted with a SerpApi person. [sensitive content hidden] was an extremely good communicator, and very knowledgeable. Plus, they have example implementations, so you can see how the inputs affects the outputs. Extremely helpful. And of course, last but not least, the software works and does its job.

I was unable to make the results I got using SerpApi match the results I got by using Google directly. I need to learn more about the interface? Time will tell.

Depending on the volume of data you need, Serpapi can become quite expensive. While the pricing is reasonable given the service's capabilities, it may be prohibitive for small businesses or individual users with limited budgets but they offer a free plan and the possibility to gain free extra credits

Easy to use web site that lets you change features/fees. Excellent customer service and fast responses.

I can't think of any problems that aren't solved by paying more for more searches/faster responses, etc.

The API has been easy to implement, and their customer support is solid. Our team has been happy with this service and would recommend it to others.

I am using a Google Jobs API through SerpAPI and it is working great. Not only is it pretty much the only Jobs API on the market, but it is also extremely easy to implement. The customer service is great as well whenever I had a question.

The searches that aren't already cached take a few seconds. I could upgrade to a quicker speed but it costs more money. Not sure if it is worth it to me.

The best thing I liked about SERP is the data accuracy of SERP API. Also the API Response is very good with very little failure rate.

The plans are not much cost-effective. the lowest plans could have been a bit cheaper or more hits could have been provided.
