All is generally excellent, we process the data into our own systems and it all seems comprehensive and a generally smooth process
Ability to use EAN's as the search input
Limits on concurrent API calls, meaning the process takes longer than desireable

I really do like the product. I've been in contact with the [sensitive content hidden] since before the launch because i was looking for such a tool and this works perfectly
Pricing however, it's justified. Cant really complain!
