Pros

Sisense support is super helpful and extremely responsive. I fell like whenever I have a problem, it is being resolved quicker than I expect.
The support is outstanding and the account managers are always there making sure your experience is successful.
My Org has huge volume of data and easy and quick analysis on this huge data set made super easy by Sisense. Great Visualizations as well and amazing Tech-Support.

Pros

A good and steady data model creation is possible with looker. Other than that I loved that feature of dashboard customisation according to our needs and it's interference is also awesome.
I love how power Looker is and their customer service is above and beyond. They've been super helpful with everything.
They have a fantastic team and a great product to back it up. They solve a key business problem for us.

Cons

The error message in the elasticube are sometimes a little weird.
Difficult to understand the error messages. You need Sisense Support Team's at all times.
Some basic formatting options are missing that makes export to PDF a pain, no option to export to PDF. Some Java related stability issues and the function set has much room for improvement.

Cons

I think it should look for syntax errors at an earlier stage. Customizing the column names is done the wrong way - you can't edit the current name, you need to retype it (why? such a silly feature).
We had it for a year and everyone on the data and operations team hated it - except for the one person who decided to buy it.
Can get confusing when you have to build a multi-layered report, not user-friendly for a first time user.
