You do not need internet to use the software, once you install it successfully you are good to go. It is compatible with writing softwares like word and excel.

The online support for Stata in addition to the ability to search for help quickly is what I like most. It is a very intuitive approach.

It is a great statistical data analysis software with a user-friendly interface. Data can be visualized in a good manner and can be downloaded easily in various formats.

I like the help feature as well. Everything is explained in the documents provided in help tool.

Affordable price, easy to use and learn commands, pleasant graphical interface, frequently updated and a lot of community support.

Stata also has a very dedicated user community, which translates to extreme ease of getting help when we get stuck.

I like Stata because it is easy to learn the codes because they are quite intuitive. Also, it has a point-and-click feature that can be used if you don't know the codes.

Stata is good for regression and correlation analysis.

Integration with python is amazing and no need to change the software to perform machine learning methods. User manual is a real textbook with detailed description.

The output especially is pretty bad, even using Stata markup log files.

We were using the Stata to handle data from entry, cleaning, analysis, and visualization. You are able to handle data from initial stage to the last stage.

STATA gives you simple and accurate analytics of the impored data set, UI is similiar to SPSS a well known platform for all other analytic works

The best and easiest statistical analysis package

Overall I am planning to switch from Stata to Python, as Stat is very slow compared to Python. Also there are some regressions that are not available in Stata, but are available in Python packages. Last but not least if you have a really large data(like 100000 liens of data) it will take Stata almost 30 minutes to perform a single action while python will do the same action in less than a minute.

I have used Stata to do basic inferential and descriptive statistics for various projects. When it comes to more complex analyses, like factor analysis and principal component analysis, I prefer using SPSS.

As a Econometrics students i will suggest everyone to work on it.Its very impressive and result oriented.Regression and P-value will always show the exact relationship between dependent and independent variables.

I like to use Stata to produce data analysis and when you want to keep a log of all the steps you do to produce such data analysis

Stata main downside is that it works with only one data frame in its memory and is a paid software, having less material online than other free competitors.

Since I started using Stata in 2018, It has been very using for analyzing data for my quantitative research papers. I have conducted the statistical analysis and hypothesis testing of at least 10 research papers. 

Stata is a good choice for novice data analysts. 

Overall it was a great tool for my behavioral statistics class and for the analyses I had to do for my dissertation.

I love using Stata. It has been a great experience as I conduct my research using large datasets. I definitely recommend for researchers who employ a quantitative approach.

Overall, Stata has been a fantastic program that I have incorporated into my workflow to conduct statistical analysis. I have used it for many University projects as well as in the professional world, and it is my reliable source for automated statistical analysis as I use it often for OLS regression. It's interface and programming language are incredibly easy to learn and use, and it consistently delivers exactly what I need regardless of the project. I would highly recommend using this software if you're a newbie to statistical programming and need a cheap, yet powerful tool to provide your company with analysis for decision-making. 

Syntax easy to learn

I was trained in Stata because it is the most commonly used statistical software in my field, but my field is becoming increasingly quantitative in orientation, and there is a corresponding increase in the availability of data. These changes in my field have led to many 'outgrowing' Stata and the top scholars in the field now use alternative softwares, which I had to learn after learning Stata and now use more regularly.
