You could offer more advice on specific sites. You have the knowledge. I had to do a lot of trial and error. If you could save me more time I would be even happier.

Very fast customer support. Without any issues (most of the time) getting past bot-protection.

Documentation should be improved upon. Some data is simply missing from the docs. To clarify: for simple use, it's written very clearly. Do you want to deep-dive? Expect some trial and error.

Their proxies and AI detection algos are super powerful. Ran a bunch of benchmarks to scrpae B2B companies in the EMEA region and it works like a charm. 95% of the cases we obtain a satisfactory scraping with proxies on.

Little concurrency. Would like to run jobs on the 100s of cocncurrency as we will integrate this API to our platform.

When we initially started using it, it worked great just plug in the URL we want to call and get a result for a decent price.

Since they changed their whole product structure this month everything has broken. The prices have increased and while "purchasing" you less request. But not only that, the same website we have been scraping without problems in the old setup for months, now requires us to use the 5x as expensive JS plan, even though we are just calling an API endpoint that has no JS at all

It is the only platform that managed to bypass the anti-bot systems we faced. Initially, we tried to do it on our own using residential proxies and other techniques. Zenrows is cheaper and delivers better results than the residential proxy providers we tested

The main downside is that one might rely on it to scrape all websites, but it has failed us with some more robust systems

Easy to setup, quick, very effective. Would highly recommend.

None at the moment. All is good! I think my needs are somewhere between the Starter and Business package but with the AI Web Unblocker. But having the business plan does give me flexibility to expand.

Super quick and easy to set up. I'm an experienced developer but wanted a simple solution that would abstract away some of the challenges around IP rotation etc. I looked into and tried a number of options (including e.g. Scrapfly) and found that ZenRows was by far the best and most reliable. The API responds fast and has a very high success rate vs other services I tried. Customer service has also been fantastic.

I ran into an issue at one stage where requests were either hanging/timing out or failing, but I raised it with their support and they resolved it almost instantly. Gave a lot of peace of mind.

Our system depends on consistent access to online mainstream news articles, the publishers of which are increasingly using sophisticated processes to block automated access. Our development budget was constantly increasing to keep up with their changes. ZenRows solved that problem for us!

Honestly, the pricing model for a startup like us is a little expensive. It would be nice to roll over unused transactions month-to-month to save a bit of money. Ideally, they could offer a "start-up" level plan for half the cost.

Biggest Pro was the fast support responses when I was testing their services and learning more about the scraping process. I wished to utilize their services with custom JS Functionality to tune the scraper to fit my needs. Throughout my troubleshooting I was in contact with their support who provided clarity on their services and how to optimally use them. The proxy/api itself is flexible and the large amount of documentation made it easy to follow along and combine it with pre-existing projects I had written.

While they have extensive documentation they desperately need a search bar to assist with users hunting for specific instructions/setup while learning how to use ZenRows. Thankfully, their support confirmed the search bar is on the way in a future update. For users familiar with coding they could also use a few example tutorials about how to write custom scrips to fully utilize their services when custom scripts are required to fully scrape a site. The functionality is there, but I wasn't able to find a specific use case in their documentation. Thankfully their support was responsive and guided me through how to set it up in their proxies.

Very straightforward to use, pricing is transparent with how much the different types of requests will cost. Their support of autoparsing popular scraped sites into json format is a huge time saver. Customer support has always been very responsive and they even implemented a feature request I had within a day. It's also very reliable for the sites that will easily block you if you don't use ZenRows.

I am worried about the autoparsing functionality they provide. If I understand correctly, they have to maintain parsing logic for a number of sites which means that if the sites change their html structure, it could be that the parsing logic fails. As long as there is a certain minimum threshold for reliably delivering this information and also fast fixes then I won't worry so much.

You can test the api and obtain the screen shot right at their web interface. The request or the code can then be pasted to your code base.

The api stop working for a few days but fixed in a week.

The thing I like most about Zenrows is the customer service and support. They have been absolutely incredible to us and were very understanding of our situation. We had purchased a yearly contract and paid up front but realized it wasn't the best decision for our business a month later, they understood our situation as a startup and happily refunded the money and allowed us to get on a monthly plan. They take the time to listen to feedback and are committed to helping customers not just selling software. They even took to extra time to help us optimize our scraping requests when they did not have to do that.

They don't currently have full feature parity with some of the more established players like enterprise user management and analytics. However, the scraping works amazingly which is the core of the need for us. They also listen to feedback and have implemented some features we have asked for.

We're very happy with our decision to use ZenRows. Its API is easy to use, well-documented, and highly flexible. Whenever we encountered a challenge, its support was quick to assist, making our scraping tasks much smoother.

There's always room for improvement, but I don't find any major cons.

What I like the most is its easy-to-use API, excellent documentation, and affordable pricing. My experience has been amazing. Overall, ZenRows is a highly effective scraping service.

So far, I don’t have any issues that I’d like to point out, I’m happy with what I get.

I love the ability to bypass the captcha obstacles, Zenrows is a captcha killer.

I'm charged for pages without data to extract but I can understand, they've done their part.

We have the need to gather data from a number of web sites and keeping track of all the "quirks" of each site and adapting as they change things was taking up a lot of time. ZenRows does all the "heavy lifting" for us, so we can focus on working with the data that is returned.

At times it seems like the system takes quite a bit of time to return data, but we understand that there are a number of factors that come into play here, some outside of the control of either us or ZenRows.

There is so much work to do if you don't use ZenRows's API… Cloudfare challenges, proxy management, retries… But ZenRows handles everything for you.

ZenRows lacked an integration I needed. They have it now, but I had to wait for it.

It was easy to setup, and once we got it going, the learning curve was easy and we are getting the valuable data we need.

It is relatively expensive, to the point where we would consider running our own scraping architecture if our bill continues to grow. Also, the logged-in dashboard could use some improvement to enable us to better understand scraping failure cases.

During the time I’ve been using ZenRows, I noticed the insane amount of time it has saved me when doing scraping. It just works. I couldn’t be happier about it.

Never had any problem, out of bugs and stable.
