Ability to synchronise with Google cloud and CRM, creating formula fields
Reports (e.g. pivot view or summary) not able to use OR function and CONTAINS completely useless as you have to select every iteration manually. These are two very basic requirements of any query so not really fit for purpose.

Zoho reports has a great reporting interface after you work through the integration difficulties. The support team at Zoho has been responsive.
Zoho Reports is not cloud friendly. Whitelisting IP addresses in an AWS or Azure environment is a pain.

The cloud based excel type features are great for internal and external office collaboration. The dashboards are very customizable. We have been very happy with the ability to collaborate with our teams and the added productivity and time saved has been a blessing.
The unrestricted possibilities of the Zoho Reports are priceless.
The cloud-based solution uses a randomizing url, this can cause an issue when creating ACL's through office firewall.

It works better with other Zoho products, but we have also created Facebook Data Dashboards , Google Ads Dashboards and even some Custom Dashboards with Google sheets tables.
The basic features are easy to use, you can sync with multiple platforms, not just the ones from Zoho, and it creates some default Dashboards that you can customize .
It has some bugs from time to time, and the shown data is not actually on real time, it syncs every "x" time depending on the platform. Some data might required formulas or table merging.

We use this tool on a daily basis, not only for reporting but as a data hub for all the information that goes from one system to another.
The possibility of basically having a full blown Analytics tool in combination with a SQL development possibility and all in the cloud.
There are always features that would be nice to have, but in general very happy

Overall I really love this product and it has given us the ability to run reports and create insights into Data we had on-premise and in the cloud.
By far most favorite feature is the ability to integrate so many different data sources into this product. We were able to integrate our on-premise ticketing system and create dashboards, reports and trend analysis with a few clicks of the mouse.
The only "concern" I have is the software does not look like it is easily scalable to handle a large number of users. Currently we're only using it for a few dozen of our upper management to run reports.

Zoho Analytics provides a single pane of glass that can provide you insights into a ton of different applications via APIs. It pulls in data from a lot of great sources like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. They also provide pre-made dashboards.
It's rather cumbersome, definitely missing some ease of use, and navigating the data sources is difficult if you have a lot to choose from like we did. Additionally, it didn't have any integration into Zoho MarketingHub, one of their partner products that we use. That was a pretty critical miss for me.

We use Zoho.Report integrated to Zoho.CRM, Google.Docs and other apps by API. But not all tables of Zoho.CRM transferred to Zoho.Report. Support team can not explain the reason, just "not supported". Good usability but a query builder is absent. And no in-line helper for SQL editor.
Easy to use and start out of the box. Google docs Integration. Data transfer scheduler. Zoho apps integration.
3 levels of sql requests only. Execution time limits. Not all tables of Zoho.CRM exported to Zoho.Report. Why? Support team answer: "The function is not supported" But WHY? (Comments and Price Line Items for example) I need to use api to transfer the data. Query Builder is absent.

It helps in creating resourceful reports within a minutes. As it is cloud based you can access it anywhere if you are online. Customizing the reports, mailing and sharing is pretty easy.
However, for the new user, it takes a little time to understand its usage. Technical support could be better.

We use Zoho for HR administration, tracking leave and training which is so much better than using spreadsheets! Zoho Projects in conjunction with Reports has been a great way to track time and look at resource allocation which is very important for a small business. It's an easy product to use and the benefits are big.

A more clear guide for use, I often have to google questions I have. I find the right answer but finding answers through the help modules can be onerous.

1. For beginners, it is really easy to get started. Automated report generation is a bonus. 2. Superior user support 3. Zoho's product quality 4. It's well designed, nicely priced and does a great job of bringing enterprise-grade analytics to businesses of any size.
Sometimes it's hard to find the solution to a question. It's not always as easy as looking it up on google because of the fact that some parts of Zoho require coding.

Obtain data automatically from almost any source. Easy to create reports. The way data is presented—in pivot tables, charts, etc.—helps increase employee and business efficiency.
It enables us to import several Excel sheets, connect the data table, and build sophisticated reports. It allows us to create superb drill-down dashboards. It helps me to monitor activity for certain marketing tasks and observe what my sales staff is up to.
The Zoho analytics mobile app is difficult for me to use, and notifications frequently arrive late. There is no option to automatically share a report to Google Drive, Dropbox, FTP, or Zoho Workdrive.

I used to use Google Data Studio for data visualization needs, but I'll now be using Zoho Analytics exclusively. Zoho Analytics dashboards are easier to set up, have better design, and look more white-labeled than Data Studio.
I only recently began using Zoho Analytics, but I'm already impressed. I've been using Zoho apps for a few years now via a Zoho One account, and Zoho Analytics is definitely one of Zoho's best applications. Zoho Analytics makes it easy to set up reports, integrations, dashboards and workspaces. It offers all the functionality of Google Data Studio, but it's far easier to use and the design templates are much nicer. While Zoho Analytics is not as in-depth as Tableau, it's a great alternative for those who want to effectively visualize data from a variety of sources without committing the time it takes to learn Tableau.
Customer service can sometimes take a few days to respond to inquiries, but when they do respond they offer detailed and thoughtful responses. If you have a Zoho One account, there can only be one Zoho Analytics admin user, which can make collaboration tricky.

First rate. A larger organisation with petabytes of data will not be servefd by this tool, but SMEs wish to pull data from Zoho CRM, Google, Quickbooks, etc. etc. get everything they need out of the box, plus more.
We obtain Zoho Analytics as part of our Zoho One suite. I did not expect much from the solution, seeing it initially as an 'add-on'. However, after using it to pull data from eight different sources and present activity reports and dashboards - including those we can expose directly to our customers, I was sold. This beast packs almost everything an SME will want for analytics, and then more. In addition, the support services from Zoho are second to none.
The speed of dashboards and charts when displayed externally in presentations (yes, you can embed and brand your content into continually live products) is a little slow - it can take 10-15 seconds for a chart to come up. There is a limit to the number of SQL tables that can be called upon each other (a depth of three), though this can be overcome by writing tighter SQL statements.

The interface between the two applications is seamless and stable, we also use extra Zoho Reports static tables (with non transactional data) and we plan to include connections to other data from our ERP.
We ended up to Zoho Projects and Zoho Reports, after a significant evaluation among several on-premise and cloud platforms. Cost, ease of use, licensing model, integrations with other Zoho (and external) applications, wealth of functionality and user interface, was our decision drivers. We like the distinction between standard and user filters.
A short of programmability would be great like conditional formating, hyperlinking.

I like the product and it works for our current need. I hope that they (and Linkedin) get an integration set up soon as that is the one thing we are missing but Facebok and Google and analytics had great native integrations.
It is low cost and allows us to set up boards easily with lots of room to customize.
I did require the help of a developer to get some information into the product as I have only some experience in dashboard creation. Help is good if you have a specific question and usually responded within an hour or two.

1. Might be difficult to derive reports if you don't understand basic database queries. 2. Multiple sync settings cannot be applied in a workplace for a single Datasource.

Overall, this has been a helpful tool to track error logging, cloud function performance, build deployment, and analytics in general.
It's easy to use for a non-developer like myself. I need to check on functions running or to see if builds have deployed and it's super simple. The navigation makes sense and the search is amazing!
There isn't much that I don't like. However, I suppose the spin-up time for a non-technical person like myself was a little long. However, once I got used to finding what I needed, it has been great.

The advertising department was dealing with analytics that did not give enough information to our businesses needs, once we made the switch to the Google Cloud Platform it helped with the research they were trying to accomplish.
Easy to use and operate. Use the date storage for our company and the data analytics help with advertising.
The cost was an issue when we signed up, maybe need to lower cost some.
