Report Automation feature is very cool, you don't require too much of BI know-how to use, great visualization great tool for small and medium-sized biz owners
Not as intuitive as other players in the BI market, automated reports may become set as default, thereby limiting users ability to drill down

Excellent. Have had a lot of support resources online which have resolved a lot of my queries. Quite happy
Ease of use Data sync capabilities Nice data views including views on the mobile Ease of sharing dashboards with others Lots of support resources online including in forums
Needs substantial knowledge of SQL to make it work well. Else, a great product. Still some ways to go to become a full fledged BI product for non technical users

Almost it is a good tool for BI. Some of the extra features are awesome but to use those features, we need some training from professionals. Pricing is fit for a small organization.
Easy to integrate. Merge reports in a single dashboard. The support team works well for me.
UI/UX is not user-friendly. Alert system is not working correctly.

I've always been a fan of Zoho. Out of all the BI software out there, Zoho Reports has the most features while being the easiest to use even if you're not so tech savvy! This makes it so easy for accounting and marketing personnels.
Not available to generate quick reports to mobile devices, which are used by most sales managers.

I love how easily it was for the BI team to transition to this tool from our previous tool (Alteryx) - it has a great online community that serves as a great resource for any issue, and in my opinion it's a better value tool
The tool advertises some machine learning/data science capabilities, but since these are mainly point-and-click options they're very limited in their functionality and performance. I'd say if you are trying to do data science, using something a little more advanced

Good value for money tool, generally very flexible and easy to use. UI is intuitive and you can start making progress very quickly. Has a good range of data input/ import options that allow you to summarise data from many sources. I use this to generate a number of different reports from this, once you have everything setup it's very easy to generate/ export everything I need.
Very Easy to use and configurable. You can create reports very quickly and summarise complex data into much simpler and readable format in minutes. SQL syntax to manipulate your data is very useful and powerful and means you don't need to make changes to your existing data structure.
Some UI components e.g graphs feel a bit dated and don't look quite as clean as other BI tools. Can slow down if you are using a large data set, not sure what the recommended maximum data set size is.

I’m using multiple data sources, including the APi.
For dashboards and analytics across multiple data types, Zoho has built a truly amazing platform. I continue to be impressed at the power and feature set!
Support isn’t the best. I feel like the non-American support creates a language and time barrier.

It offers a very user-friendly interface that makes it easier to navigate and explore the data, It also offers customisable dashboards that can be tailored to meet specific business needs, and it also gets integrated with other Zoho products such as Zoho CRM or Zoho projects.
Integrating with third-party tools can be challenging and may require technical expertise, it is also not suitable for larger organisations as it has limitations on the amount of data that can be stored and processed. Also, it offers limited customisable options as compared to other BI tools.

If you're trying to find a BI Solution for a small company, this is what you want. In building our reports, we were able to pick up the phone and talk to a tech support person immediately to help us with SQL and other issues we had. The result was we were able to be up and running in just a few days. Compared to Tableau which wanted to charge us to build our reports and then required a per-user license fee - this software is super affordable and easy to get up and going with.
The software provides single page reports with a filtering capability across the top. This allow our clients the ability to use different filters and generate a custom report based on their individual needs without us having to build one for them.
The dashboard and data tables are not fully CSS compliant so they are not responsive in web pages. To get around this we set our page with to a static width, but that is not ideal for users on tablets and phones. Also, there is are no mapping options yet.

It has happened to us a couple of times that when the volume of data we want to analyze is large the tool takes a long time to process it, we really don't know why it happens but it doesn't always happen.

Excellent overall experience. The simplicity but power of this software is great. The ability to customize reporting to fit our company's ever changing needs is amazing. We're able to build reports, gather data, sort data and export reporting that's relevant and easy to use. The flexibility of the product allows us the freedom to change our reporting instantaneously in order to keep it relevant to our needs, which is extremely important to us in our industry.
This software is simple to use even for someone who is not software savvy. It is highly versatility in its applications and customization is simple. We have made numerous custom reports for our District Managers to use on the go to help them manage store performance and goal achievement. Creating customer reports is simple and easy to do.
So far I haven't had any issues with the software so I have nothing that I do not like.

Easy to use business analytics tool.
It's usable and allow the new way of managing data for Bussines decision. The good figure is also the direct connection with different DB's.
The least likable things is so flexible at times it can be hard to narrow down how to show a particular data set. It is not as intuitive as it could be navigated.

The capability to connect with different kind of data sources, different file types supported to import/export and the versatility of the visualization components. Those makes Power BI a complete suite to enhance business through the analytics

Solid cloud based capability to enable busines user driven analytics
Regular releases keep this young product fresh and evolving. Even though it is cloud based it is still possible to access on premise data sources using 'gateway' software.

Such a great piece of software and it's the future of analytics.
This is a home run for Microsoft. Pull data from multiple sources (Read--ANY source) and put it into a rich, graph presentation on the fly. It is fairly easy to use, easy to organize data and their customer support is responsive as all get out. I love this software.
Pricing model needs help. Price per user for viewing projects is kind of a silly model for pricing--and the Enterprise level--well you better make sure you are an 'Enterprise' at that pricing. Give us a middle man pricing scheme Microsoft!

PowerBI allows the freedom to pull data in from multiple sources in the same dashboard. Editing tool allows for manipulation of data after it has been loaded which gives you great flexibility in your reporting.

Its feature to connect multiple data sources like a csv file, SQL Server database, cloud services like Azure is pretty awesome. Also it has the built in data analytics features with interactive visuals to visualize the data effectively and efficiently
Power BI is not capable on high data. Like if you need to import high volume data into Power BI then its gets slow and he data is not loaded efficiently.

Analytics world is the future, and Power BI is the master of all that Glob...!
As my experience as MIS Specialist in one of the most famous Fragrances Company in the Middle East, we see that in any company there's the accounting department that provide all reports and analytics that's demanded by other departments, according to that those guys have to do all there outcomes reports manually, and this process will cost time, efforts, stuffs,... for that one of great benefit from MS Power BI, is that he save me money, save me time, save me my the cost of wages for the accountants, my stuff in the accounting department is just about 5 great guys. All the mater is just I have to design the report and working on the Data Warehousing a little bit, then I can get my report in the target template that provide me all what I want, and furthermore, all reports up-to-date 7/24.
We still need the integration with other services, like Vend POS, Shopify directly without any intermediate programs.
