I believe it is a great asset for any business. Once setup it is extremely easy to use and gives valuable insights to improve and thrive your business.
I was having problems configuring my Google Analytics, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I love that this is free and easy to use. It's important to set up goals and conversations and then track them over time.
Some reps seem to be less knowledgeable than you are. Some seem to completely misunderstand your questions and then fail to reinterpret.
Overall, positive experience using Google Analytics. Has some good points and is free for deployment, and the reports and visualisation give a nice snapshot on the audience base.
In addition my biggest frustration is the correspondence (or lack there of ) between GA and Search console.
I have used it for a few years now and it has been useful for each company I have worked with. It is great at giving free information on your company and website.
In a way I see it as a problem are identifier that is incapable of identifying the problem itself.
I like that it shows you where most of your traffic comes from, what customers like to see and are looking at most often. It helps me to structure ads better as well.
I am a huge fan of Google Analytics. It's very easy to implement and if you know how to use, it is very powerful.
I sincerely hope, they will keep the good work and add more features and make it a user-friendly tool and we will help them by recommending it to our friends and family members.
I love that you can earn a certificate to better understand how to use the application. I love that for small businesses that there is little to no cost.
The software has a great data visualization and helps you identify the best and worst-performing pages.
I'm raising capital for my tech company, so google analytics is great to check daily, weekly and monthly traction. It is also super easy to export reports and share with potential investors.
Google analytics is just amazing. East to understand, inexpensive, and always very helpful to understand our website traffic.
The software is easy to use and seamlessly integrates with other applications for video analysis. This easy integration makes it user friendly.
The customer support does an outstanding job and the analytics are accurate. If you have an Adsense account this tool lets you analyze the traffic, keyword, and earnings from your ads with accuracy.
This helps me to taylor my website to ensure that it is customer friendly. Google Analytics allows me to see how many persons visit my website daily and in real time.

The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.
Atlassian is known for making good products with good value for money, and Jira is part of this good suite.
The fluidness of the software while using it is the best thing. The interface and ease of use is very high quality.
Option to picture of any size and re-size it is fantastic, also option to attach documents in your comment or tag people to increase visibility is great.
The software offers excellent reports, customizable dashboards, a great interface to track tasks, and is very useful to module the development.
Amazing tool, especially when I have any kind of issue with IT or have to submit a request to my employer. I always get automated responses and the user interface is pretty easy to get around.
Although the standard fields are great, you can also create your own to fine tune your processes. Workflows are also highly customizable, giving the user-base great flexibility on how work is set up.
It provides great reporting, due to which I can evaluate our progress. It has save my time and my energy to carry out our task more effectively by keeping everyone collaborated.
We use Jira for IT help desk support, miscellaneous administrative and clerical support, staying focused on engineering and resource planning. We've gained several benefits.
I used to collect information on engineering tickets to do accounting allocations of costs by project but our other teams were very happy to use it to track the progress of projects.
It also integrates very well with other related apps such as Atlassian and Confluence, both of which are extremely useful when creating a full-featured help desk solution.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.
It’s nice to look at the tasks I have for the day or week in a manner that doesn’t have me scrolling so much or doing a lot to gain access to a task. The templates for projects help immensely too.
I love Asana because of the easy to navigate interface, visual organization, and ability to create custom fields that allow my agency to get the most out of our project setups.
This software program is great for our smaller team and cost effective as well. We are able to manage team projects and I like that we can set it up for recurring monthly projects.
I love how many other programs integrate with this software. It is a great project management tool for freelancers or agencies.
Easy to use, great customer service, and fun (yes a software can be fun).
Overall experience with Asana is good. Its easy to use and worth the money.
Asana has a good community and support that can help.

I love that the tool is so easy to use and it turns data into a manageable and easy to digest appearance. It manages to make data fun to look at, and it's really easy to work with.
I'll say that it was really frustrating to use in the beginning, it is complex and if you've never been in it before it is overwhelming.
I also like the fact that the company is always striving to improve their software as it shows dedication to the field. With every update I find that the new features help with my job quite a lot.
Due to my lack of familiarity in how to code, I was uncomfortable at first and found it difficult to learn.
Linking existing databases works like a charm. It has a plethora of data visualization methods which is extremely professional and helpful for users to gain valuable insights.
What is even more annoying is that it also takes several minutes to cancel a query. I really don't understand how it can take that long just to cancel a query.
One of Tableau's greatest advantages is the ability to connect to many different data sources and combine them into one nice dashboard where users can find the necessary information.
Tableau can be extremely painful to set up, especially if you are setting it up in your own cloud or on-prem.
You can see an overview of your data as soon as you upload them and you have many fantastic options to visualize your data for better interpretation.
It is easy to get started and there is a ton of free training available. The pool of users is great and the community is very helpful to new and existing users.
When all is set after implementation, the dashboards actually look really good and are of beautiful designs.
I really like what Tableau provides as a service, and it's a really good data processing alternative that I would highly recommend.
Overall is this a very user friendly software with a ton of amazing features.
It's a great product if you can afford it, it has a lot of data connections, Unlimited data connectors , Live and in-memory data, great dashboards, Drag-and-drop integration.
This is an extremely budget friendly professional tool that is perfect for organizing undergoing a digital analytical transformation.
The design aspect is good and easy to refresh and upload data. I like how there's a community form to ask questions.
Tableau is a very widely used visualization software with a good population of business user having familiarity. It is easy to use and integrates well with most of the data sources.
Overall, Tableau is worth the money if you are looking to bridge the gap between project performance and data analytics.

This software has the best support chat ever. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in trying to help in whatever situation you find yourself in.
Small errors are hard to troubleshoot and result in not using the dashboard much. No SQL CLI makes it disappointing for power users.
The best thing about looker is that it is user friendly and it is easy to understand and operate.
I tried this product out a while back and was very dissatisfied.
Overall the experience with Looker has been good and the data analyst who use it are happy.
Sometimes it lags when using big data sets, so it takes some time to render the complete report. When building a report dimensions search also get some lag.
For your developers, the customer service is superior. They also do a great job reaching out to your primary users.
As an admin user of this software i sometimes find it that there is a lack of aggregating options when i query for certain through Looker.
Looker has one of the best user interface on market very easy to use and in my organisation it very useful because it saves time and costs of training.
They have a fantastic team and a great product to back it up. They solve a key business problem for us.
I love that looker can create complex charts, graphs and tables to help me visualize my numbers over time. I use it to track my individual results and how they compare to my colleagues.
Looker is currently the best data visualization tool out there for those that are on a budget. That is because Looker is free to use.
I really enjoy the level of customization it allows (different type of charts, tables, etc.) as well as how easy it is to share it with your team.
Looker is one very useful business intelligence software. Data presented by looker are very robust and detailed.
Looker's real strength is in its ability to model data.
The LookML layer makes things easy to scale. The API and interfaces into other software such as Google Sheets as well as functions like email schedules allow opening up data much easier.
Ease of use by our users - very intutive. Integration with our big data platform and databases.
Great tool for building customized dashboard and KPI tracking reports.

As a data analyst, I've have had a lot of fun building dashboards and reports with Sigma. It's very flexible and has great usability.
Joining tables seems to be not working very well for me.
Great UI and incredible functionality. Been very happy with the product so far.
Additionally, there's no way to tell if another user will be able to see a given document without asking them to try viewing it, and there's no way for them to request view access to that document.
Sigma is a delight to work with as a vendor. Their support is superbly responsive (during business hours - they don't have global timezone coverage yet).
The dashboard feature is not fully built out - many features seem to be missing. For example, I can't put percents on a pie chart.
Love the dataset -> spreadsheet -> dashboard usage model. Seamless integration with Snowflake.
Sometimes it is difficult to sift through the different dashboards - this could be an internal issue.
Constant update and improve; great online support and customer service.
Mainly that when you are working with large data sets, it can be hard on the system and lead to slow processing time.
I am obsessed with Sigma, by far my favorite BI tool I've used. It let me do calculations myself that would usually require whole cycles of data requests, and affords me much more flexibility.
