The integration to our existing systems was seamless and the fastest I've ever been a part of. The Dashboards are excellent and the ability to create and tweak them is so easy and intuitive.
It can be difficult to know what the most recent updated information is in the system. I found myself setting for a recent date and only getting partial or no information.

Setup is fairly easy, ease of use as a standalone but works well with Python, and the database connections are so far stable and easy to configure.
I've had to rewrite most of my code since the most recent upgrade. Customer support has been dismal and beyond useless.
This is a huge advantage for myself and team as we can quickly examine relationships between certain predictors in our models.
I do not use the GUI Workflow side of the product so I am unable to rate that. Most complaints or issues I have had are so rapidly solved by support that many disadvantages are transitory.
Cost effective solution and great connectivity options.
Graphic visualizations remain difficult to use.
Product was easy to install and customise, and support was good when issues were reported.
The user interface is not good: VERY SMALL symbols, No command line.
Almost a seamless switch for me from SAS to WPS/ Altair. Flexibility facilitated by macros language and data-step are industry leading.
Data importing is not flexible and you have to comply with the requirements before importing the data. Other softwares adjust the data according to the requirements automatically.

The results displayed are very good graphic display, easy to save and copy graphs other documents. The profiler component of the JMP is very useful to share analysis and reports using web interface.
For example, JMP sometimes fails to recognize the difference between number and a string.
Highly recommend to taking the time to master JMP Statistical Software if there is a real interest in having the best statistical software for your personal or company use.
However, it can be a little overwhelming and difficult to learn at first.
My overall user experience in JMP is good because it provides an interactive Graph Builder function, and the graphs from JMP look better than Minitab.
You have to know a lot about statistics criteria in order to use this software, because you have a lot of options in one experiment. In some occasions this makes difficult a experiment development.
JMP is easy to use for experienced users, and is relatively easy to learn. It is a very comprehensive statistical software.
It provides a lot of different statistical results after each modeling, however, it was not always clear what each one of them means in the instruction. It was hard for me to adjust 3D graphs in JMP.
I love JMP, I have used it for many school projects as well as for work. JMP makes it easy to do analysis on all kinds of statistical distributions.
I use it side-by-side with Minitab 19 and I've found JMP to be far better on some data analysis methods because it does not need external micros installed like Minitab 19 does.
Reports are very interactive and easy to export. Overall, recommended for statisticians.

I can no longer imagine carrying out scientific investigation without the use of JMP Statistical Software. It has been a blessing to use it.

Everyone that I have worked with, from sales through support has always been prompt, polite, and most important, very helpful.
We built our own report for doing this. Also, with it being entirely java based on the server side, it can have some problems with garbage collection.
Creating custom expressions for those fields that you need within a specific mapping. Amazing visually and gives you a great end result.
The cons are that the reporting does take a while to load, which can be frustrating.
Great tool for reporting with multiple data-sources. Easy to use, excellent customer service.
Version 4 has been difficult since we migrated to SQL.
Ease of use and user friendly best for price/performance ratio.
Of course this requires an experienced person to set up the data mappings first, but once that is done, inexperienced users will have no difficulty getting the data they need.
The customer service is extremely responsive and the software itself is constantly be improved and enhanced.
This software is easy to use and makes report writing fast and fun. I use it on a daily basis, easy to import into Tableau.
Deployed with Informer 4 and upgraded to Informer 5. Love the overall look and ease of use.

Tableau connector is really the top pick for me among the new features added. Knowledge base is good and the support team has been excellent in their quick response time and resolution time.
Although we receive notifications of individual errors on download sources - we didn't seem to receive notification when we had brief but complete outage on data.
Simplicity for data integration, up to 2 hours data freshness, awesome support, reliability of software.
No standard connections to have sql databases (mysql, postgres, ms sql,...) as a data source, so focus on marketing data only.
Besides what this tool does which is a great value addition, I like the way the tool has been designed with each component fitting logically and complementary to each other.
Integrations to media and data sources work like a charm, and with custom dimensions and metrics it's easy to visualise pretty much any special KPI you might have.

The range of report types and channels available is amazing, and the setup/ functionality within the tool is very intuitive.
Funnel.io is a fantastic tool for getting third party marketing data into our internal systems.

The customer service is very responsive, you can keep in touch by just leaving a message in the chat window. It is a very affordable solution for the creation of sophisticated reports with ease.
Customer support is awful. The company is based in India and getting someone to respond is a trial, let alone having a chat.
The tool has been very helpful in generating project reports, integrating data and allowing our operation team to gain greater insight into our client's needs.
Some of the settings are cumbersome. I have been having trouble with widgets, and getting Dashboards to update/sync with graphs when their source data is changed.
It has been very helpful to get the response of our campaign that helps in boosting our business.
The features this product offers are somewhat limited, in terms of data manipulation and report variety.
The most amazing part of it is that it shows everything using infographics which is very easy to undertsand.
Not much, yet to find something apart from a few bugs (that I am sure will get fixed), that really annoys me.
Zoho reports has a great reporting interface after you work through the integration difficulties. The support team at Zoho has been responsive.
Overall I really love this product and it has given us the ability to run reports and create insights into Data we had on-premise and in the cloud.
