Brilliant and ongoing support from the team, who is always interested and on top of any requests.
The probability of errors and failures happening in our processes of transforming and cleaning data is relatively high and there have been many issues with other tools we used for this task before.
I had a very pleasant experience with my customer success manager who helped me setting up my first daily revenue report. Great service on top of a very complete no-code software.
Missing a few integrations for instance before we can say this is the only data transferring tool we need. I know they are working on it.
The best feature is the interface itself. It works quite intuitive and feels seamless.

Ultimately, we are really pleased with our decision. What Sisense offers with the eCube concept is a perfect way to promote creative use of the data but still control sensitive information.
Sometimes dashboards load low when using a Virtual Machine. Unsure if this is a Us problem or a Sisense problem.
Community and company are extremely responsive regarding additional features and support. Speed of the application and the usefulness of the analytics are fantastic.
This has been proven to be an issue in instances that return an error, which in effect can turn out to waste quite a bit of time.
The comprehensive training materials their support team offers was great and is a continued asset when there is something that I do not understand. The tool itself is powerful and intuitive.
Sometimes correcting our data errors can be tricky.
Clear pricing model, quick and easy to setup, great onboarding process, incredible performance, very intuitive user experience, a great support team and user community.
Even on elite-level hardware, there can be some odd latency issues depending on how your data models are structured. There are some technical challenges to the pure Javascript embed model.
They continue to build more connectors to make seamless integrations even easier and expand the platform's capabilities to increase it's flexibility and ease-of-use.

It seems like the functionality and data representation is limitless. The visualizations are great and clients love to see their data this way.
Compute resources are not brokered well and during high traffic times we can have dataflows run for up to 2 hours. My worst experience with domo was with their customer service/integration team.
I like the Run Dataflow feature that was just added, it's been a huge lifesaver. It used to take so much time managing all the steps one by one, but now it's so much straightforward.
I don't consider this a terrible con, but for those users who do not already do things in the cloud, this could be a con.
The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.
So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.
There is a good collection of training materials online. They also have a good community for support online.
It's pricey, but worth it. The biggest thing was the last update they had screwed up some of my reports, and we're still trying to figure out what happened.
Dome is simple, elegant, and has a huge amount of tools, so it is certainly a good acquisition.
There are hiccups and occasionally error on the system, but they are becoming less and less.
Very pleasant experience so far and love learning new ways to integrate our data and build dashboards.

I like all the Domo connectors, being able to pull in data from multiple disparate sources and combining them into one repository has made my job so much easier.
It's pretty intuitive, and there is plenty of resources available (Domo University + Customer Service) for the parts that aren't as intuitive.

The team is great and super responsive. We appreciated all of the hand holding and training to get us going.
Again, getting data set up correctly to work well with TapCLicks is annoying. It stops us from using TapClicks more.
The ability to make custom, comprehensive reports is great, and it was pretty easy to set up and get running with it, but.
The discrepancies in data from Google and Facebook with TapClicks is unacceptable. We rely on tapclicks to be accurate.
I am very happy working with TapClicks and I hope they continue to come up with more features, integrations, and tools to continue to improve the user's experiences.
When you have a lot of reports to make, it becomes annoying to have to delete every section one by one having to click three times each.

Having a direct API into the majority of our platforms has made TapClicks the preferred vendor for us. The ability to pull wrap up reporting, client logins and overall functionality are great.

I like the possibility of having data from different Datasources in one system. You have a perfect overview of all your campaigns.

What I don't like is that there are often problems with data actuality. But for our work that's crucial and we need to be able to rely on the data displayed within the dashboards/widgets.

Furthermore, we are working with our fantastic account manager to create one-of-a-kind budget burn and workload forecasts by integrating our time tracking system and project management software.
Because we are a smaller agency with a singular analytics point-person, it was critical for us to work with a company that has robust tech support.

Great support during all the onboarding process and great support for any maintenance issue.
Sometimes the connection lost and it's hard to find where.

The only item that was a struggle for us was really an internal issues which Improvado assisted us in navigating.
Customer service is great to work with than compared to other companies. There's a good room to customize.
