Pros and Cons from Grow users

I have been using Grow for a few months now and have been very pleased with the results. The platform is easy to use and provides comprehensive data insights that help me make well-informed decisions.
Certain fields will pull in errors when refreshed. Specifically timestamped dates which mess with filtering.
The support is always super fast and helpful and they are happy if you tell them which features you'd love to have in the future.
Sometimes text widgets will just "disappear" after I have dragged them onto the canvas. I haven't been able to establish a pattern, but it's kind of inconvenient when it happens.
They add useful features on a regular basis and have an amazing support team that is quick to help with any issues that arise.
This may already exist and I am unaware of it.
The customer support is very helpful, and they will not only help you solve your problem, but advise on best practices - helping you learn how to work better in the software.
Have heard its limited but have not come across that for my usage.
If you’re going for a platform that can be easily scaled at a palatable price and don’t have substantial teams of coding experts, Grow is the perfect sweet spot for your organization.
Great experience, I use it everyday and it gets the job done on time and looks amazing.
I am able to track data in real time and I am obsessed with numbers, I love that it updates and integrates with the databases I use.
At the same time, they were working to improve the software so that I could easily do what I wanted in the future without the extra help.
Grow was a perfect solution to all of these challenges. Their transformation “apps” within their builder allow users with limited SQL knowledge to apply all manipulations needed to datasets.
I love how easy it is to make a no nonsense graph that anyone in your organization can understand also is great for managing large data sets and compacting them to a palatable field.
This is perfect for all API connections and platforms.
I've liked grow, it was easy to learn and continues to be easy to use.
The UI is smooth and easy to follow, and the customer support will help right away if there are ever any issues.
Their new data explorer functionality empowers end users to further manipulate and analyze data. All this at a competitive price point made Grow a perfect solution for our business.

Pros and Cons from Salesforce Marketing Cloud users
+15
Encourages cross-team communications. Great support from the vendor, and strong community of users and third-party integrators.
The price, the user experience, the lack of multibrand use. When I threatened to take my business elsewhere we had one call with the VP but then he stopped responding to calls and emails.
Was quite easy to understand for novice and navigate around and had easy to use and useful automated marketing features that made reaching a large audience seamlessly easy.
It felt like they were just as fed up with this crap tool as we are. Although they didn't say it, I think one of our key employees quit over the frustration of dealing with marketing cloud.
We use salesforce daily to engage with customers on a daily basis. It has been very helpful in managing customer journeys, sending and preparing emails, and getting good reporting.
Not all pending sends will list themselves under "Pending Sends," so that has caused some issues with accidentally sending the same email to the same list more than once.
It had a good native integration with Litmus. I liked the reporting feature that visually showed where users where clicking in an email.
The customer service and sales team was probably the worst I've seen from an enterprise product. Even though it's owned by Salesforce, it isn't as well integrated as Marketo.
Its very user friendly when you need to build assets with less time. I think those who have a more B2C business marketing model will find this more beneficial with the 1:1 ratio for personalization.
Further, the e-newsletters don't cooperate with Outlook, which is frustrating since both are Microsoft products.
Salesforce offers a big eco-system with lots of functionalities and a good customer overview.
Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).
You are able to view and respond to emails from all of your coworkers which helps with workload management.
The e-newsletter design function is nearly useless unless you can code HTML, and the preview emails you see never match what ends up in your inbox.
The Journey Building feature is incredible for this. This also allows you to set triggers and make intelligent automation decisions.
Steep learning curve, Poor Customer service, Fairly expensive for most of the users.
Love what the product is capable of doing. But it takes a significant amount of time and money beyond the cost of the product to set it up and maintain it.
For a small business I'd HIGHLY recommend going with something else.

The customer service is very responsive, you can keep in touch by just leaving a message in the chat window. It is a very affordable solution for the creation of sophisticated reports with ease.
Customer support is awful. The company is based in India and getting someone to respond is a trial, let alone having a chat.
The tool has been very helpful in generating project reports, integrating data and allowing our operation team to gain greater insight into our client's needs.
Some of the settings are cumbersome. I have been having trouble with widgets, and getting Dashboards to update/sync with graphs when their source data is changed.
It has been very helpful to get the response of our campaign that helps in boosting our business.
The features this product offers are somewhat limited, in terms of data manipulation and report variety.
The most amazing part of it is that it shows everything using infographics which is very easy to undertsand.
Not much, yet to find something apart from a few bugs (that I am sure will get fixed), that really annoys me.
Zoho reports has a great reporting interface after you work through the integration difficulties. The support team at Zoho has been responsive.
Overall I really love this product and it has given us the ability to run reports and create insights into Data we had on-premise and in the cloud.
By far most favorite feature is the ability to integrate so many different data sources into this product.
It pulls in data from a lot of great sources like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. They also provide pre-made dashboards.
I think it's good value for money and with the scheduled imports it is quite low maintenance.
The fact it's easy to set up and organize, with powerful report / graph / dashboard creation features. Connect your sources, check, and start building reports.
Simplicity, ease of use, integration with Zoho Books.
You can make really powerful reports fast. It's a lot cheaper than competitors' software and integrates well with other zoho products.
Even writing queries - albeit through a bit of a clunky interface - was pretty easy. I enjoyed being able to set this up and get the users running quickly.
Overall experience is good. Cost is bit on higher side for businesses consuming less no.

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.
I really like the beautiful, intuitive and easy-to-use interface, if you used similiar tools before you will be at ease with monday.com.
Sometimes the information gets lost on each ticket, especially on larger teams.
I love its ease of use, the ability to track by project, and the ability to customize the templates to fit your needs.
I also appreciate the ease with which participants can be added in order to follow progress of tasks. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to manipulate tasks.
IT's one of those tools you enjoy using aesthetically. For general project or product management, it works great and is super easy to figure out.
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements.
The clarity of which you can identify the tasks necessary and the way the tasks roll up to completion. I like that it has clear large status bars that you can customize for ease of viewing.
I love how flexible and powerful Monday.com is. It is very easy to build out tracking sheets that interact with Aeschylus other and dynamically update.
And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.
Easy to use interface, good user community, one tool that can make the work of 4 (planning, customers, testing, budgeting) and anything else you turn it into.

This amount of user behavior visibility is crucial for locating friction points and improving the user experience. Super love this feature.
It takes a few seconds to load the video, so I miss the action I was trying to look at.
The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.
If I remember correctly, setting it up was a little difficult in our environment because of our stack.
I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.
I really struggle to find problems. Maybe sometimes the speed of the platform is a bit slow and takes time to load a video but as said, it’s really a minor thing.
We tried the other most recommended softwares that do just that, but Fullstory is much more user friendly, smart, easy to use and capable.
Track the User session and watch them use your product to identify there pain points.
I love the whole concept of the software. It’s amazing to watch a customers entire journey through our website.
It also helps determine where there are issues in your funnel and what a potential solution might be to improve it.
Software has a summary section also which is great, analytics and trends are very useful and you can also integrate into jira for reports and decision making.
Full story is so easy to use and protects user privacy also which was a concern of mine. Its a easy to set up through segment and their customer support is there if you need any help.
Search is amazing, also the video quality is great.
FullStory is helping us immensely with UX/UI research and how to improve our app. It also helps us with customer support because we can easily identify what a user did and where he ran into trouble.
It makes the process way faster because we don't always have to re-create the scenario to see what happened. Another major benefit is that it helps us understand the psychology of our customers.
Amazing for customer support. The ability to video replay a client's session UI/UX as soon as he opens a trouble ticket and immediately understand what exactly happened is invaluable.
FullStory has been a really useful tool for analysing the user experience on the Website.
Really helpful for finding bugs / improving your product UX, the pricing is way too high for the value.

The features of Jira are very useful, help track multiple projects with ease. Helps a ton in collaborating with other team members efficiently.
It has limited number of software integrations. Error notifications can be annoying sometimes.
Jira is pretty straight forward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira, and subscribe to notifications it works on auto-pilot helps to get track of complex issues, resolution and monitor progress.
If you accidentally click on the wrong name, the submitter gets a notification when it is assigned, and then another notification when you fix this by assigning it to the correct name.
Slack integration is super useful and the ability to write JQL and integrating with Google sheet is immensely useful.
Sometimes Jira does not work for some time and that makes it hard to track work. It has server problems often.
It is so easy to get started with Jira. They have awesome integrations into other atlassian products as well (we were using Trello before) so switching to Jira was almost seamless.
Some of the staff have had trouble understanding how to use and onboard the system. It could definitely be more intuitive- training staff on the system has been a bit of a struggle.
Atlassian is known for making good products with good value for money, and Jira is part of this good suite.
The fluidness of the software while using it is the best thing. The interface and ease of use is very high quality.
Option to picture of any size and re-size it is fantastic, also option to attach documents in your comment or tag people to increase visibility is great.
The software offers excellent reports, customizable dashboards, a great interface to track tasks, and is very useful to module the development.
Amazing tool, especially when I have any kind of issue with IT or have to submit a request to my employer. I always get automated responses and the user interface is pretty easy to get around.
Although the standard fields are great, you can also create your own to fine tune your processes. Workflows are also highly customizable, giving the user-base great flexibility on how work is set up.
It provides great reporting, due to which I can evaluate our progress. It has save my time and my energy to carry out our task more effectively by keeping everyone collaborated.
We use Jira for IT help desk support, miscellaneous administrative and clerical support, staying focused on engineering and resource planning. We've gained several benefits.
I used to collect information on engineering tickets to do accounting allocations of costs by project but our other teams were very happy to use it to track the progress of projects.
It also integrates very well with other related apps such as Atlassian and Confluence, both of which are extremely useful when creating a full-featured help desk solution.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.
I find this incredibly easy to use and helpful to plan future projects and tasks for each. It has a nice structure, which helps.
It’s nice to look at the tasks I have for the day or week in a manner that doesn’t have me scrolling so much or doing a lot to gain access to a task. The templates for projects help immensely too.
I love Asana because of the easy to navigate interface, visual organization, and ability to create custom fields that allow my agency to get the most out of our project setups.
This software program is great for our smaller team and cost effective as well. We are able to manage team projects and I like that we can set it up for recurring monthly projects.
I love how many other programs integrate with this software. It is a great project management tool for freelancers or agencies.
Easy to use, great customer service, and fun (yes a software can be fun).
Overall experience with Asana is good. Its easy to use and worth the money.
Asana has a good community and support that can help.

It's been great having so many templates to choose from and customize. Awesome that it can be integrated with MS Teams.
I then took the Smartsheet training to be certified and that opened my eyes to the power of the tool (and also to the fact that the sheets I hated were users in our company using it very, very WRONG).
I love the ease to customize your sheet for whatever you need and however you like it. Love being able to switch around columns and sort rows so quickly too.
The only complaint that I have is that if the spreadsheet is very large, the page can be slightly laggy.
The project being web-based helps to share information with other members of the team. The ability to export to various formats, as well as get team updates is a huge benefit.
Some features seem to be missing or limited features available.
Overall, the experience is positive - strong tools, robust features, easy to learn. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to have data interact with multiple systems and user types.
Visually did not work for some users in my organization. Was confusing on what tasks needed to be completed.
I am a big fan of smart sheet. Not only is the tool extremely capable for more complex project needs but the service team is also extremely helpful.
A good advantage is the presence of a strong community that helps to find answers quickly. Smartsheet also makes quite easy to share results with teammates.
I think Smartsheet is a great tool for several reasons, but one of the most important is the ability to collaborate with your team in real time.
I especially like the ability to assign tasks to a certain person. The calendar feature has also been great to track past and upcoming events.
You can pull off amazing things if you sit down and build it. I was able to build a completely automated revenue and labor estimator that shows me how profitable each member of my team is.
Smartsheet is super dedicated to project management...their templates are quite useful and run the gamut from gantt charts to expense reports.
It's shear-ability, ease to use, and major effectiveness when project managing. It's great to control every step of the way.
I find answers to my questions quickly in the Smartsheet community and existing templates save me a great deal of time...and make me look smart.
Collaborative; User friendly; Relatively inexpensive; Good Dashboard (once you understand it).
Tools like Zapier make it easy to integrate with, and you can also upgrade to a live data connector to visualize your data in a tool like tableau.

The benefit of having all in one place is a great promise. And helps a lot that the entire team is using one single place for all organizational stuff.
It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.
I also love that they added a free plan for people to try out the platform before committing. But what I love the most is the new templates feature.
There are countless examples of this annoying aspect.
Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.
Who knows that I did not use the service, because there are access logs, and still maintain the unauthorized charges.
Super easy to use from the non-creative/briefer side and I hear the same from the creative side. Easy to see version histories and follow up with edits.
For a private venture, this is the main problem in my view. This is likewise the situation for extra highlights, a considerable lot of which are just utilized by Admin yet are invoiced for each seat.
Logging the bugs was very easy and I liked how I got automated messages back when the dev team took care of my tickets so I could keep up with progress.
If you have someone who is super organized and sets a good example for what to put in each task, it can go a long way. It makes a manageable and organized to-do list for everyone in your org.
A great project management tool, with lots of features and a great interface.
The support staff was very pleased, who, when using Wrike, helped us quickly configure the interface and create an individual and appropriate workflow for my team.
The thing that I like most about this software is that it is pretty easy to use and set up for projects.
It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.
I've use ripe software for over 5 years collaborated on multiple projects with multiple end users and vendors and can only say that is phenomenal software with a very good price in the market.
Overall, I think it is a solid tool. I have heard from champions that it is costly, and that most integrations come at an incremental additional cost.
Very complete project management tool. I like the direct integration with the calendar, which ensures everyone is aligned on the relevant tasks.
Looks amazing, hard to use in practice, with unresponsive community support.

Ultimately, we are really pleased with our decision. What Sisense offers with the eCube concept is a perfect way to promote creative use of the data but still control sensitive information.
Sometimes dashboards load low when using a Virtual Machine. Unsure if this is a Us problem or a Sisense problem.
Community and company are extremely responsive regarding additional features and support. Speed of the application and the usefulness of the analytics are fantastic.
This has been proven to be an issue in instances that return an error, which in effect can turn out to waste quite a bit of time.
The comprehensive training materials their support team offers was great and is a continued asset when there is something that I do not understand. The tool itself is powerful and intuitive.
Sometimes correcting our data errors can be tricky.
Clear pricing model, quick and easy to setup, great onboarding process, incredible performance, very intuitive user experience, a great support team and user community.
Even on elite-level hardware, there can be some odd latency issues depending on how your data models are structured. There are some technical challenges to the pure Javascript embed model.
They continue to build more connectors to make seamless integrations even easier and expand the platform's capabilities to increase it's flexibility and ease-of-use.
Sisense is a fantastic tool that rivals just about any other name in the game.
Sisense's customer success team is great and will make sure you quickly see the value of their product through a customized onboarding process.
It easy to use, both on the data modelling and dashboard design aspects. It makes it the perfect tool to quickly set up added value dashboards and begin your shift towards understanding your data.
Great dashboarding tool, very easy and quick to implement.
Clean UI that integrates well in our product (whitelabel). Powerful whitelabel features.
Overall a good experience. We are in the phase of introducing Sisense company-wide.
Thanks to Sisense, we offer a complete libary of dashboards and even allow clients to create their own dashboards.
The flexibility and ease of use for the end user. Moreover the data manipulation capabilities that procides the Dashboard Designers.
In most companies, it is typical do a month-over-month revenue comparison (or just period vs. another period). Sisense makes it very easy to visualize that.
Ultimately, we are really pleased with our decision. What Sisense offers with the eCube concept is a perfect way to promote creative use of the data but still control sensitive information.
Sometimes dashboards load low when using a Virtual Machine. Unsure if this is a Us problem or a Sisense problem.

The support from Firefish is excellent the guys respond to my queries in a helpful and courteous manner. You are made to feel part of their team.
You have to keep everyone on them and it is frustrating when you want to take one off.
Very positive experience. We are so happy to have invested in Firefish and in a short period of time it has had an incredibly positive impact on our business.
Initially we struggled on the temp side as it didn't allow us to input an hourly rate, only a day rate.
The software is reasonably priced and does the job. It's easy to use and if you have an issue they have a great support team to help.
As with all software there is in initial learning curve, but once you are past this I would say I have no other negatives I can think of.
Before purchasing it I had no idea how good their customer support was. It's quite frankly excellent and an example of how any customer support should be.
There is no in-built document editor (but we have found a simple workaround for this) and some of the reporting took a bit of getting used to.
The candidate experience has been great using the online portal and it has improved efficiency in terms of moving candidates through all the workflows as well as streamlining our GDPR process.
Amazing forward thinking recruitment CRM built by a passionate team - I only wish we'd moved sooner.
Ease of use, functionality and customer support are all excellent.
The team at Firefish are great, very quick to respond to any queries and their passion for service seems to be second to none.
The support team are also great and always available to help.
Ease of use and search functions work well and an easy integration from external applications into the product.
The ability to work with the company to grow the teams needed in several locations. The Candidate portal was easy to use.
Great softrware and really add value and purpose to your business.
The team are constantly striving to improve and this is a CRM which is striving to keep up to date with the changes in recruitment.
Outlook integration is essential and allows me to quickly import candidates and see our interaction with them. Important when several consultants work on same role.

One of the most amazing characteristics though is that any data can be relational - pretty much like in a RDB - and you can create your own data structures to organize yourself as you prefer.
The Only thing I miss in zenkit is the lack of native mobile apps.
This program does not only work great for business it doubles as an amazing personal organizational tool for the home.
After awhile you get in the habit of clearing the end date. I do miss from Trello how a checklist item can be made into a Kanban Card by a click.
The flexibility is superb and the UI is highly usable. The feature set is still growing, but it is great that new features do not introduce a burdensome complexity.
There is no option to add additional photos or icons to Kanban cards until you pay.
I like the individual backgrounds (for fun). I highly appreciate the wtwo-way Google Calendar integration that gives me an overview of my day and week.
Most of my "leasts" have been addressed. I was frustrated initially with the lack of an API, but they were just prioritising development and this is now released.
Customer support is outstanding. There are also a lot of nice features, such as cross-referencing and formulas that are very handy.
Flexible customization, functional, inventive design, friendly and helpful support and a affordable pricing.
Free version fully equiped, super customer care, really nice brand identity.
I also use it to track business expenses, save receipts and other documents, and control my work calendar. I love that I can access is on both my desktop and phone.
A very clean and clearly outlined project management software, that has many great features, integrations with a lot of other systems and offline access as well as apps.
Inexpensive: I'm currently using the free option which comes with a lot of features. Format options: Love the ability to switch back and forth between different formats (Kanban, List, Schedule, etc.).
This is the best collaborative tool I've ever used for task management with a remote team. The interface is very clean and intuitive.
The best thing about Zenkit is how many different options are available for you to use to store information. I really like the mind map option.
The simplicity of the software and its user friendly interface.
I am also converting some Evernote projects because I like the visual representation with Zenkit.

I like that you don't need to be tech savvy to use Databox ,it is very easy to implement. It is great at visualizing results and helps me a lot with better understanding complex matters.
The lack of integration with Zendesk is weird as what I could see is there used to be one.
Plus, being able to schedule snapshots be sent to Slack and email, etc. is great. I also love the goals feature, being able to put our metrics into context like this is great.
It's still new and slightly buggy at times so it can be frustrating sometimes to build something out and not have it work 100% correctly.
The visuals look awesome on the computer, TV, and phone. I was impressed with how easy it was to create a metric.
Missing a Segment integration maybe to get all our app events. We rely on their Zapier integration to compensate.
I started using DataBox while they were in beta and it was great. The app is wonderful and the support team is great too.
Not much to customize on datacards. No configuration of the data from Google Analytics.
Super easy to use the available datasources, amazing and understandable UX. The wall dashboard is great.
For our clients, we're showing them how their investment is put to use but also having greater conversations over what we can do TOGETHER to improve results.
It's one of the overall best tools I've ever seen with its amazing selection of templates, wide and an I mean really wide range of possible Integration of Tools, and more.
The end result of a Databox presentation looks great. It makes everything super clear when showing results to a client.
The customer support was great with a quick response time and dedication to answering all my questions.
Positive - I'm happy I came across this tool as it has made my life easier.
For example, Databox offers a ton of different data visualization options. Additionally, the ability to create custom metrics has proven to be an extremely useful and flexible tool in Databox as well.
The easy integration across a different platform that leverages Big Data in an instance to provide useful insight.
They also have some cool options for tracking goals and the mobile app is leaps and bounds better than the competition.
It will seem complex at first set up, but once you get the hang of it, you will really love it. Please reduce the price for individuals or small organizations like us, then I will never leave Databox.

This application monitors my data in the most efficient and easy way. The overall experience is wonderful for me and I would definitely recommend investing into this software.
Had similar problem with another product and they could tell me the exact lines of the config and registry that needed changing.
Datadog is an amazing cloud monitoring solution that provides great insight and alerting for our platform.
Very poor set of solutions for Microsoft Azure monitoring. Very hard for new users, documentation is not very straightforward, so you'll need to spend a lit of time communicationg with support.
So nice to have that event stream and subscriptions. And it's very easy to share your findings with colleagues.
Sometimes it is very difficult to understand the graph report and it is bit technical to use. The various metric types require a little bit of reading and understanding.
Overall experience has been great overall as our account managers will always do their best to try to meet our requirements and needs.
We have been using DataDog to monitor our lambda logs for errors as well as keep track of load and uptime on various RDS and EC2/Fargate instances.
Great web monitoring tool if you have the time to dig into all the options and settings. The user interface is really professional and good looking and the charts and graphs are well thought out.
The easy to setup dashboards as well as the built-in options are a huge plus. Integrations and monitoring/alerting options are also worth taking advantage of.
Good customer service easy integration to the platform for its use and do not need a lot of work to understand it easy to configure and very personalized.
Choosing to use Datadog made my work so much easier to accomplish. The logs analysis is one of the best thing that I can have in order to monitor my projects performance and health.
I use DataDog a ton throughout my day to monitor customer service queues and it’s amazing.
It allows you to use personalized counters for metrics you can set in your code. It' s great to see app performance during product launching.
Rich features, well-documented functionality, easy to use UI, being able to create custom dashboards that can integrate with hundreds of tools.
Extremely easy and user friendly monitoring tool and syncs up with AWS very easily. It has a dash board, alerting and visualization of metrics.
It´s very useful to use it as TV Dashboards of Apps health.
The vast no of integration you can do with your cloud, whether its AWS Azure or Google, is phenomenal. The pre installed dashboards really help to set it up quickly.

The vast no of integration you can do with your cloud, whether its AWS Azure or Google, is phenomenal. The pre installed dashboards really help to set it up quickly.

The best, easiest business software. I recommend for everyone who wants quick and effective solution.
For me, filtering is difficult. If you mark Make Task done, you will have to create a new reminder for yourself - it disturbs that there will be additional movement for me in this regard.
And it doesn't cost too much, so it's affordable which is a good thing, it is accessible online businesses like ours. The most important part is that is fast.
It's hard to name what might be uncomfortable using you product.
Sharing an agenda is also useful since it helps people avoid accidentally scheduling meetings at the same time. Finally, it's fantastic that you can integrate with calendars like Google Calendar.
Marketing and CRM are very poor, suggest a bolt on to Zoho CRM Plus.
It was easy to incorporate into our existing business structure. It has great features like Project tracking and Reporting, the calendar, and the task tracking section.
I have been writeing about disturbingly small (number) filelds several times - no reaction.
In a team of creatives, it is visually good to use. Everything is nice and simple to setup and everything is so well linked to navigate easily.
My experience has been outstanding. My entire work life is in Scoro.
The price is great for this product. We were looking for an easy budgeting tool for our department and Scoro fit the bill.
I also appreciate the software's ability to integrate with other tools such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and Quickbooks, making it easy to sync data across platforms.
Ease of use, advanced reporting. Advanced financing features and quoting to order ease of use.
The recent introduction of the Gannt chart is fantastic.
Ease of use and customization, covers many business tasks, very good customer support.
It is great that it is web-based - possible to connect from any device and location.
Very good customer support- questions are answered quickly and they always try to find solutions.
The web interface is really well designed and easy to use.

Connects seamlessly with xero. I love it, I tested many demos, it has an attractive interface, accuracy, great support - this task management system gets a 9.8/10 from me.
So if I have 10 contractors I use, I have to buy full account access for each of them, even though they may only use the software 2-6 times a year. This has always been my biggest complaint.
Excellent team integration, integration of financial and accounting software, but the best benefit for our purpose was the time tracking tool.
I dislike the fact that contractors cannot track time in the software.
There's a free trial without having to enter a credit card, great customer service, robust UI that's relatively easy to use now and lots of great features.
Reporting section customizing reports is difficult without assistance from proworkflow.
ProWorkflow is the administrative backbone of my business. At a glance I can see where a project is, how much time has been spent on it, what tasks have been completed and which ones are outstanding.
I find it hard to see section starts without the shaded areas to navigate by.
Overall, this project management tool has made a significant difference in my ability to track projects and to accurately report status and accomplishments to clients.
I've compared this product with others after having used it for a while and found that other tools do a better job. However, depending on your budget, this may actually be a good enough tool.
Ease of use and operation is a key and ProWorkflow has done a good job delivering it. Software is pretty much very intuitive and user can finds his/her way operating it easily.
It's great having all the correspondence, relevant files and contacts in one place. It was pretty easy to learn.
Excellent timke tracking software with Great Customer Service.
The ability to communicate between customers and my staff with the software is very smooth as well. Also, the ability of my customers to respond directly in their email inbox was a game changer.
What I like most about this software is that it helps us keep track of our employees time budgets and aids in project management.
The thing I like most about PWF is the ease of use.
This software has a perfect team integration, custom field addition and also the integration of other financial softwares.
The few times I have had to contact customer service they have been responsive and exceptionally helpful.

I love the analytics sections in Qlik Sense; it is super interesting and easy to conclude by viewing its analytics. The best thing is that I can easily install it and accumulate my data into it.
I found difficulty with the sellers of the product, which were invasive and sometimes inconvenient. Besides the product being more expensive than the competitors.
Very easy to use for end-users, very nice visual representations, perfect for "build-it-your-own", really nice tool for interactive presentations.
Cyclic Groups feature is missing. It was present in QlikView.
When I first used qliksense server I loved it very much. The UI is very good and impressive.
The no Linux supports causes compatibility problems some times.
The ability to integrate data from different sources to provide rich options of graphing the data and drill down analysis of tables. It provides easy customization and easy reporting for the data.
The pop-up menus are too small. Set analysis are hard for non-it users to use in a self service environment.
Best in class ETL capabilties combined with great visualizations and ergonomics.
The visualizations were nice and the partner community was pretty big.
Great integration with current web-based systems and the dual use license offers QlikView and QlikSense to seamlessly work together.
Overall it's a good software and highly recommended.
This has been a great tool for us and our business as well.
Qlik Sense is a very important tool for me. I can quickly upload huge data from various sources.
Associations and filtering. Easy navigation and user friendly user interface.
Qlik Sense is browser based so deployments to customers are very easy. Qlik has a lot of built in controls but you can add more that have been developed by the extensive Qlik community.
However, I feel that Qlik Sense needs some technical knowledge to understand it completely. If the themes and price is reduced, I will be very happy.
Now we just open Qlik Sense and we know it, the overall profit of the company, also per costumer, brand or even product.

Pros and Cons from SafetyCulture users

The instant access and reporting across the business, the ability to re-take and enact the surveying is a great asset to the compliance of our business.
Updating and versioning has been somewhat confusing.
The iAuditor Software is by far the most comprehensive all-in-one compliance system I have used thus far. The ease of use, thousands of templates and real time uploading is outstanding.
No possibility to create "action plan form" for addressee based on list of failed points. Action plan would be filled online via safetyculture web app.
It's easy to photograph issues and highlight areas for improvement and the reports are all stored for future reference. The dashboard is also useful and allows us to track our audit programme.
The save/close options for inspections was a little confusing at first not knowing if it says completed but then we got use to it.
Customer service has been great, and more importantly, they are continually improving their platform.
You can modify the audits on your personal computer but at the moment to see it on the phone always there is a "conflict" to get solve.
Good experience from the start, when I experimented with the program before my company implemented it, getting better as we use it for more types of inspections.
Its control at your fingertips. The best thing about it all is that it so easily integrates into mobile platforms without the need for expensive addons, and very user friendly and easily trained out.
It allows us to carry out Audits while we are moving around site and is a superb tool to work with, totally flexible and adaptable to our business.
Data analytics; ease of development and management of change. Dashboards are clear and user friendly.
You can create forms for anything you need. Everything can be customized, and includes great features like auto populating fields, dynamic options, and integrated incident reports.
What I like most about the app is that it is easy to navigate and understand.
I've been using iAuditor for more than 10 years. Chat customer support is most of the time, FANTASTIC.
Cost effective, easy to use, customizable, mobile platform.
IAuditor is straight forward and easy to use, which I crucial for a diverse management team to be able to implement quickly.
Especially our field officers take it our client places for auditing. IAuditor is Worth your money.

It has been a great experience and very useful in getting people motivated to hit their goals.
Customization is not there. The saas is is largely overpriced and a completely useless application for our company.
The best thing about the software is the visualization of all the different performance metrics. Gamifying competitions has been a great asset to our company.
The only complaint I have was that I couldn't get a particular leaderboard I wanted.
A good way to encourage a sales team to hit their KPIs. More fun to track calls and such on these reports versus on salesforce.
It can be loud and tracks activities that are hard to represent.
Spinify has added gamification and excitement to the sales team. It adds fuel to the floor and everyone has benefitted from celebrating with others.
We have a difficult time with the audio sometimes.
If you are looking to add some fun and excitement to your sales or support team, I would definitely recommend you check Spinify out.
The app is very user friendly. It keeps all team members accountable and encourages everyone to do their best.
Spinify really added some fun for the sales team. Their Customer Service is amazing.
It has been good, our team has enjoyed the ability to customize our celebrations.
I like Spinify because it keeps my team in the loop with alerts and great customization.
Easy to integrate and setup with many platforms. Clear visuals for the team and great center piece for our sales area.
Spinify is very easy to use and a good way to distribute money whether it's sending it to someone within your company or someone else in another company you won't have any issues.
They have a really good product for the price point, and it has all the functionality that I need. During the trial period (and even since then) their customer service response has been very fast.
Great Gamification Integrated with Teams and Workplace.
Fairly easy to use with great software support.

Pros and Cons from Wolfram Mathematica users

If you are starting out and want to learn this software I'd recommend it. The ability to solve symbolically is awesome and easy.
It was impossible to correct if there was an error trying to graph functions, and it ended up starting over multiple times. It performs poorly when dealing with vectors and matrics.
I like that their software system usability options are super wide, from algorithms, super functions to live data.
While working on an online module on Mathematica it is very restricted and does not provide many options compared to the offline module. It needs to be upgraded.
It has a great symbolic tool box great for solving very complex mathematical equations.
There is only one thing that I dislike about the product is its online module.
I have been using it for a while and I can say that it is a great app to use if you want go solve complex equations.
It is hit or miss with other people who know how to read the software or even use it.
It helped me to understand how to manipulate certain equations so that I could get better at solving them. There is also an Android and iOS app for it that has the same functions.
It is a great software that enables to solve mathematical equations and expressions including those in algebra, geometry, calculus, number theory, and many more.
Its visualization tools are very powerful, allowing you to easily view and manage data in both 2D and 3D sets. Its integration with additional packages is very powerful, and updated frequently.
It was easy and time-saving to solve math-related problems. I had really fun while visualizing the data in 3D.
I am using Mathematica for simple computations, for making 2D and 3D graphs (wonderful graphs) and for very complicated matrix computations.
I have been using this platform to solve many complex mathematical problems like integration, differentiation etc. Also I used it to make presentation slides one time and it was quite nice.

It seems like the functionality and data representation is limitless. The visualizations are great and clients love to see their data this way.
Compute resources are not brokered well and during high traffic times we can have dataflows run for up to 2 hours. My worst experience with domo was with their customer service/integration team.
I like the Run Dataflow feature that was just added, it's been a huge lifesaver. It used to take so much time managing all the steps one by one, but now it's so much straightforward.
I don't consider this a terrible con, but for those users who do not already do things in the cloud, this could be a con.
The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.
So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.
There is a good collection of training materials online. They also have a good community for support online.
It's pricey, but worth it. The biggest thing was the last update they had screwed up some of my reports, and we're still trying to figure out what happened.
Dome is simple, elegant, and has a huge amount of tools, so it is certainly a good acquisition.
There are hiccups and occasionally error on the system, but they are becoming less and less.
Very pleasant experience so far and love learning new ways to integrate our data and build dashboards.
I like that DOMO has the ability to take a report and easily change and adjust the report to what you specifically want to view.
Very good experience that brings a lot of value to the users. Users can be anyone from CEO and SLT teams to managers and production floor and Quality control.
Domo is very good tool for compiling and presenting data.
All of the information it gives me makes me able to focus on the things that are most important so I can bring in more revenue.
Domo is easy to use, and as a user experience the information provided is accurate; The interface is easy to understand since the first time and the data is uncomplicated to read.
I like all the Domo connectors, being able to pull in data from multiple disparate sources and combining them into one repository has made my job so much easier.
It's pretty intuitive, and there is plenty of resources available (Domo University + Customer Service) for the parts that aren't as intuitive.

Pros and Cons from Phocas Software users

I would say it is a positive experience helps me track what sale are most profitable. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to grow sales.
However that's really our problem rather than theirs.
The ease to use and train employees on this BI tool makes it best in the market. The power of building your own databases, customizing reports and the level of customer service is outstanding.
Easily compare turnovers. See who has stopped buying a particular part no, and see who is buying something new.
My overall experience with Phocas has been excellent, we use the system to monitor growing and declining sales to protect out business and easily identify buying gaps to help increase sales.
Customising reports can be hard to navigate around.
Phocas is very easy to use, very intuitive and provides excellent business information. It is relatively inexpensive per user and at times, worth its weight in gold.
Some bugs still sit in the software. Not a lot but they are annoying when they do pop up.
Ease of use and navigation, ability to customise and a perfect support team.
I am most excited about the ability to draw in different strands of information from the various software platforms we operate as part of the business.
It is so useful to be able to track my sales and returns. It also has many great features for tracking sales and proformance.
What I like most about Phocas is the ease of use.
Support from the account managers when required is excellent.
It helps me quickly see customers in a specified group that I can then export to excel and begin analysis and making contacts.
Powerful tool for all level of users. Simple, Intuitive, and Flexible.
Getting reports out to our field is easy and painless. We use subscriptions constantly, and that has made many employee's lives easier.

The team there have been fantastic in helping us get set up with various dashboards and we’re now in a position we have a good chunk of all of our reporting coming through ClicData.
Knowledge Base is limited and vague with a lot of situations. Queries are limited, which limits dashboard capability.
Rep is brilliant, she has an uncanny ability of 'seeing' your data, and what you are looking to accomplish, and creating the most efficient and usable means of getting it.
This is a reasonable request, as I should not have to pay for a subscription that I no longer have access to.
But what's outstanding about ClicData is that you can produce perfect interactive dashboards, and at a price that will get quick approval from your accounting department.
Can't say I have anything in particular I have complaints about.
Both the product, which keeps growing, and the technical support are great to work with. I love the product and will continue to use it.
Since 3 years only one time we had a problem, because of update from Clicdata that cause some function not work properly.
Using ClicData has been a fantastic experience, the dashboards have been easy to create with great technical support if needed.
I also had the opportunity to leverage their consulting services in helping us to build our own internal capability and found the staff to be highly skilled and responsive.
Add to this a great low price and a good set of widgets to build your dashboards, and you can build almost any dashboard.
Reporting was fantastic - I could take data and visually represent it in a matter of minutes. Easy to use and can be simply automated.
I work with Clicdata on setting up and updating a complex dashboard. I really appreciate the fact that help is available through chat, and I can also set up a call to go over any issues very quickly.
The integrations with other software and web pages made it really easy to keep the dashboard updated and the amount of customisable options is a great feature.
Extensive API integrations, easy to use editor to create stunning dashboards. Lots of data manipulation options.
You can literally customize anything and create dashboards of any kind for any objective.
We recommend ClicData to all our clients who want to build quick dashboard solutions.
We employed a custom software shop to develop some excel dashboards for us around some pretty complicated data. It took months to do and many thousands of dollars.

This product give us the ability to pull reports with ease. Once you have successfully composed a report, you are able to build on the structure as needed.
I think this is more of how poorly our company rolled this product out, but we are struggling to get through it.
It's easy to use, the cost is less as compared to tableau or other BI products in the market and customer care is good.
As with any new product there are bugs and errors. I have been frustrated at times with the newer software and sometimes even the more mature software can be frustrating.
Love how quick and easy it is to use this program. A lot of our major software programs are SAP based and very user friendly.
Sometimes the layout of things was a little confusing or too cluttered for my taste. I would probably change the layout.
Excellent user friendly tool with easy to use features.
I think that BO's lack of OLAP functionality could use some beefing up. In my company, it's usually BO, Spotfire or Tableau that are used for reporting.
This software is good for keeping track of orders and viewing or editing the details of them for a scheduling job.
This is one of the features that I like because it allows me to not only deliver custom reports but also standardized reports that integrate data from different sources.
Overall, really great product used by many international banks.
In general SAP is a tool that combines both reliability and performance with a reactive customer support, wide functional coverage and it is rather scalable.
Ideal for large businesses, with complex decisions and departments that need secure integration.
Sap BI warehouse is great to pull out data required for processing and analysing. It allows you to filter and cut information before it is exported.
I love SAP CRM, its very clear and detailed layout helps me work, however I wish it would stop crashing and run more effectively.
Well worth the price, in terms of ROI for any organization with BI needs.
The software help to have a look on metrics, looking on KPI and keep focus on the objectives. Good customer support to handle the software.
Overall experience is good, but it requires lot of improvements to be in the market when compared to the competitors.
