I believe it is a great asset for any business. Once setup it is extremely easy to use and gives valuable insights to improve and thrive your business.
I was having problems configuring my Google Analytics, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I love that this is free and easy to use. It's important to set up goals and conversations and then track them over time.
Some reps seem to be less knowledgeable than you are. Some seem to completely misunderstand your questions and then fail to reinterpret.
Overall, positive experience using Google Analytics. Has some good points and is free for deployment, and the reports and visualisation give a nice snapshot on the audience base.
In addition my biggest frustration is the correspondence (or lack there of ) between GA and Search console.
I have used it for a few years now and it has been useful for each company I have worked with. It is great at giving free information on your company and website.
In a way I see it as a problem are identifier that is incapable of identifying the problem itself.
I like that it shows you where most of your traffic comes from, what customers like to see and are looking at most often. It helps me to structure ads better as well.
I am a huge fan of Google Analytics. It's very easy to implement and if you know how to use, it is very powerful.
I sincerely hope, they will keep the good work and add more features and make it a user-friendly tool and we will help them by recommending it to our friends and family members.
I love that you can earn a certificate to better understand how to use the application. I love that for small businesses that there is little to no cost.
The software has a great data visualization and helps you identify the best and worst-performing pages.
I'm raising capital for my tech company, so google analytics is great to check daily, weekly and monthly traction. It is also super easy to export reports and share with potential investors.
Google analytics is just amazing. East to understand, inexpensive, and always very helpful to understand our website traffic.
The software is easy to use and seamlessly integrates with other applications for video analysis. This easy integration makes it user friendly.
The customer support does an outstanding job and the analytics are accurate. If you have an Adsense account this tool lets you analyze the traffic, keyword, and earnings from your ads with accuracy.
This helps me to taylor my website to ensure that it is customer friendly. Google Analytics allows me to see how many persons visit my website daily and in real time.

Pros and Cons from Hotjar users

Hotjar is reliable and is the best at what it does. There are other options to help record app sessions, but HotJar continues to do what it does best.
This is problem because when a user messages us with a problem and we want to view how he used our website right away, we can't confirm his actions right then and there, only after a few hours.
UX plays a very important role for performance marketing and Hotjar is a brilliant tool which helps in collecting user behaviour data to do analysis and take corrective measures.
I was unsatisfied with other Heatmapping and recording software.
This is a fantastic way to understand how users are engaging with your site. I am a big fan of Hotjar and the approach to marketing insights.
Session recordings could have more filtering options and auto detection of rage clicks and ux issues. Unfortunately this tool can slow down your page load.
Love using pools - you will be surprised how good it works if you ask the right question in the right time. Very responsive and professional customer support.
There was no integration available to our existing CRM or email platform that would feed all the data and analytics Hotjar was collecting into our system.
I would like to recommend Hotjar to anyone as it is so simple to use and the return on investment is also quite impressive.
Hotjar is a great heatmapping software that is easy to install, has great features, and a reasonable price point.
It gives me complete vision what my visitor are doing on my website, what is their behaviours that help me to improve that part of website.
Hotjar helps you understand how your users interact with your website. I work at a SaaS and it has been very helpful in improving our UX/UI and also for customer support related tasks.
Surveys were also helpful in finding out where our visitors were coming from. We placed them in our most popular pages for feedback.
Hotjar is a great tool for researching user behavior on websites. It is definitely invaluable in the ux development process of any good website.
Really cool tool to help you evaluate where users go when on your site. The software is intuitive and has nice reporting.
The integration with the website is smooth and the surveys created have a good response rate. Their reporting tool is also solid and provide actionable insights for UX and product improvements.
Easy to integrate, easy to control access, and the functionality to set up recordings based on certain conditions is helpful.
That it's simple and easy to use, implementation literally takes a minute. The great thing is that you have so many tools in one place, heatmaps, recordings, surveys and more.

Fantastic customer service - very responsive to any need. We had a couple of issues which have been solved pretty smoothly thanks to them.
I found the interface hard to use at first. Also it was really annoying the lack of options to easily create "Read only" dashboards.
One of the best product which allow tracking user interaction with the application. Easy integration with frontend and backend (nodeJS) projects.
Quite heavy to understand, not always very simple. Too much fonctionnality and no real segmentation.
It is very easy to visualize and read on the screen the data exhibit. And it has a great set of filters and options to display and configure your own insights and reports.
Rigid notification center and no mail reports.
I use Mixpanel to determine how campaigns are working and how customers are performing according to my efforts. It's a great tool and easy to use.
Some simple things are hard i.e. "show me a a list of events that exist in our product.
It is highly useful for those products which are based on customer service over web like hotel bookings, resume creation, etc.
Chart creation is really straight forward. Moreover, if you use Segment, Mixpanel will work great with it.
Powerful, comprehensive tool to track and analyze user actions and behavior patterns.
It's also very conveniently priced, so great for bootstrapped projects.
Overall I am really satisfied with the software for my daily use. It really is a value for money and makes working really easy.
It's feature-rich software, funnel analytics specially designed form mobile application is very good.
It remains a good and affordable tool after all i wish if they can approve their features more.
Collects wide specter of attributes, some of them automatically. Provides quite comprehensive documentation, including some obscure use cases.
The ability to get insights from data in minutes. No need to be an expert, it's really easy to use for any product person.
Overall it has been kind of a love and hate relationship. Again when the integration was done correctly I loved the tool but everytime I want to create a new event , I need the tech support.

This amount of user behavior visibility is crucial for locating friction points and improving the user experience. Super love this feature.
It takes a few seconds to load the video, so I miss the action I was trying to look at.
The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.
If I remember correctly, setting it up was a little difficult in our environment because of our stack.
I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.
I really struggle to find problems. Maybe sometimes the speed of the platform is a bit slow and takes time to load a video but as said, it’s really a minor thing.
We tried the other most recommended softwares that do just that, but Fullstory is much more user friendly, smart, easy to use and capable.
Track the User session and watch them use your product to identify there pain points.
I love the whole concept of the software. It’s amazing to watch a customers entire journey through our website.
It also helps determine where there are issues in your funnel and what a potential solution might be to improve it.
Software has a summary section also which is great, analytics and trends are very useful and you can also integrate into jira for reports and decision making.
Full story is so easy to use and protects user privacy also which was a concern of mine. Its a easy to set up through segment and their customer support is there if you need any help.
Search is amazing, also the video quality is great.
FullStory is helping us immensely with UX/UI research and how to improve our app. It also helps us with customer support because we can easily identify what a user did and where he ran into trouble.
It makes the process way faster because we don't always have to re-create the scenario to see what happened. Another major benefit is that it helps us understand the psychology of our customers.
Amazing for customer support. The ability to video replay a client's session UI/UX as soon as he opens a trouble ticket and immediately understand what exactly happened is invaluable.
FullStory has been a really useful tool for analysing the user experience on the Website.
Really helpful for finding bugs / improving your product UX, the pricing is way too high for the value.

It is a tool that's user friendly and allows you to personalize a lot the data you want to get and extract. The analytics results you get are really good, and the visualisation as well is great.
When I started using Amplitude a couple of years ago it was simpler to organize the data how I wanted but now a days I frequently find myself lost after coming back to check app every couple of weeks.
The customer support is always there to help and even I have had the need to do a video call with them and went great. Lot of patience and very careful to satisfy our needs.
The overall tool learning curve can take a lot of time. Sometimes problems can occur in UTM tagging.
Offers a very generous free tier. I liked the Behavioural Cohorts as it offer key insights that help you understand exactly which are your best users and what makes them stick around.
I was on the scholarship plan and did get to try out the more advanced features. I found them a bit hard to understand, but I assume that the main limitation was my knowledge and not the tool itself.
Customer onboarding great. Great visual, leading to higher perception of value for presentation.
I found it a bit difficult to find certain things at first.
Great support team - customer success managers willing to upskill your team. Relatively well supported product and development team actively working to incorporate customer features.
Integrates well with multi-platform applications. Behavioural Cohorts, though expensive, offer key insights that help you understand exactly which are your best users and what makes them stick around.
What I liked most was the ability to create different cohorts based on the custom events tracked and the segments of users created.
Easy to use, easy to setup and the freemium is great to start.
I like that Amplitude allows us to exchange chart revisions and versions without having to save them and that we can create dashboards for our team to track crucial data in one place.
Amplitude has given me great insights at an incredible price. As an indie developer, you can go very far with the free tier.
It allows me to get what I need even if it took a long time to understand and configure. This is a great tool for deep analysis and to get clear and precise charts to show clients.
The pricing is really interesting and the data we're getting is the most exact we've found when compared with other solutions.
It is very easy to implement and to use by a no technical person. It also allows to integrate several platforms like those for A/B Tests.
Very quick data visualization capabilities DIY- Extremely simple setup- Different options for different use-cases (Eg: Engagement, Monetization, Retention).
