It seems like the functionality and data representation is limitless. The visualizations are great and clients love to see their data this way.
Compute resources are not brokered well and during high traffic times we can have dataflows run for up to 2 hours. My worst experience with domo was with their customer service/integration team.
I like the Run Dataflow feature that was just added, it's been a huge lifesaver. It used to take so much time managing all the steps one by one, but now it's so much straightforward.
I don't consider this a terrible con, but for those users who do not already do things in the cloud, this could be a con.
The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.
So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.
There is a good collection of training materials online. They also have a good community for support online.

The system is great and easy to use. Their customer service has always been top notch - one of the best I've experienced from a SAAS.
My biggest problem is that on small packages we can only monitor 5 URL.
The simplicity and ease of use. Agency Analytics has help us make our customer's experience simple and yet amazing.
Agency Analytics takes the stress out of ranking updates and monthly reporting.
My overall experience was very good with this tool and I recommend this tool because they also provide API to integrate it with your own system.
The dashboard is widget-based so you can customize each client account dashboard (and give them limited access) using drag and drop.
Finally, I've been impressed with the Agency Analytics teams promote product support and product updates. It is clear that they are invested in growing the product.
I don't like the way you have tio incerementally move the position of an element in the reports themselves.
Their software is packed with features and is also very affordable. I have been using the software for over 5 years and have been amazed at the product they have built.
Very feature rich in terms of integrations, and the price is great compared to their competitors.
Their white labeling is excellent. I love showing the dashboard to new clients.

Fantastic customer service - very responsive to any need. We had a couple of issues which have been solved pretty smoothly thanks to them.
I found the interface hard to use at first. Also it was really annoying the lack of options to easily create "Read only" dashboards.
One of the best product which allow tracking user interaction with the application. Easy integration with frontend and backend (nodeJS) projects.
Quite heavy to understand, not always very simple. Too much fonctionnality and no real segmentation.
It is very easy to visualize and read on the screen the data exhibit. And it has a great set of filters and options to display and configure your own insights and reports.
Rigid notification center and no mail reports.
I use Mixpanel to determine how campaigns are working and how customers are performing according to my efforts. It's a great tool and easy to use.
Some simple things are hard i.e. "show me a a list of events that exist in our product.
It is highly useful for those products which are based on customer service over web like hotel bookings, resume creation, etc.
Chart creation is really straight forward. Moreover, if you use Segment, Mixpanel will work great with it.
Powerful, comprehensive tool to track and analyze user actions and behavior patterns.
It's also very conveniently priced, so great for bootstrapped projects.
Overall I am really satisfied with the software for my daily use. It really is a value for money and makes working really easy.

The team is great and super responsive. We appreciated all of the hand holding and training to get us going.
Again, getting data set up correctly to work well with TapCLicks is annoying. It stops us from using TapClicks more.
The ability to make custom, comprehensive reports is great, and it was pretty easy to set up and get running with it, but.
The discrepancies in data from Google and Facebook with TapClicks is unacceptable. We rely on tapclicks to be accurate.
I am very happy working with TapClicks and I hope they continue to come up with more features, integrations, and tools to continue to improve the user's experiences.
When you have a lot of reports to make, it becomes annoying to have to delete every section one by one having to click three times each.
The best thing about TapClicks in my option in the ability to white-label anything you do. This because a customer reporting tool for any business that takes your credibility to the next level.
There are a lot of problems that arise monthly and the software overall isn't very integration friendly. There's a lot of troubleshooting and things that stop working all the time.
The amount of time and manual work to make sure reports are consistent with the same formats etc. The automated reports are great, and clients love it too.
Having a direct API into the majority of our platforms has made TapClicks the preferred vendor for us. The ability to pull wrap up reporting, client logins and overall functionality are great.

We're constantly fretting over accidentally erasing our data and don't want to mess with the settings too much.
It's amazing for customer service and account management, and one of my service lines has allowed me to entirely forgo offering manual reporting - which is amazing.
The limited quantity of widgets limits what you can do with the display of the dashboard.
It's very easy to implement, support is quick to respond and helpful with their replies, feature requests are taken seriously, and it's a great value for the spend.
It is somewhat limited in functionality and can be difficult to understand what the metrics mean (for example year over year, quarter over quarter, month over month and so on.).

It is somewhat limited in functionality and can be difficult to understand what the metrics mean (for example year over year, quarter over quarter, month over month and so on.).

I was totally impressed with how much it could do. It ended up being more horsepower than we needed and more cost than it was worth to is at the time.
I dislike the limitation of real time data. In some cases we are unable to see all of the traffic going to the pages we are observing, it makes collecting data a slower process.
You can start really easy and you can check the results easy. The customer support is also good and they are willing to help.
Occasionally alerts and warning were confusing to the user.
Very easy to use, just copy/paste the script and create the test in the WYSYWYG, and that works. Some special features, like heatmaps, are great too.
Beware of losing Data and Features with No Warning.
