I believe it is a great asset for any business. Once setup it is extremely easy to use and gives valuable insights to improve and thrive your business.
I was having problems configuring my Google Analytics, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I love that this is free and easy to use. It's important to set up goals and conversations and then track them over time.
Some reps seem to be less knowledgeable than you are. Some seem to completely misunderstand your questions and then fail to reinterpret.
Overall, positive experience using Google Analytics. Has some good points and is free for deployment, and the reports and visualisation give a nice snapshot on the audience base.
In addition my biggest frustration is the correspondence (or lack there of ) between GA and Search console.
I have used it for a few years now and it has been useful for each company I have worked with. It is great at giving free information on your company and website.
In a way I see it as a problem are identifier that is incapable of identifying the problem itself.
I like that it shows you where most of your traffic comes from, what customers like to see and are looking at most often. It helps me to structure ads better as well.
I am a huge fan of Google Analytics. It's very easy to implement and if you know how to use, it is very powerful.
I sincerely hope, they will keep the good work and add more features and make it a user-friendly tool and we will help them by recommending it to our friends and family members.
I love that you can earn a certificate to better understand how to use the application. I love that for small businesses that there is little to no cost.
The software has a great data visualization and helps you identify the best and worst-performing pages.
I'm raising capital for my tech company, so google analytics is great to check daily, weekly and monthly traction. It is also super easy to export reports and share with potential investors.
Google analytics is just amazing. East to understand, inexpensive, and always very helpful to understand our website traffic.
The software is easy to use and seamlessly integrates with other applications for video analysis. This easy integration makes it user friendly.
The customer support does an outstanding job and the analytics are accurate. If you have an Adsense account this tool lets you analyze the traffic, keyword, and earnings from your ads with accuracy.
This helps me to taylor my website to ensure that it is customer friendly. Google Analytics allows me to see how many persons visit my website daily and in real time.

Pros and Cons from Adobe Analytics users

The best thing with Adobe is that they keep providing awesome products, this is one of those tier 1 products, easy to use and understand.
Very hard to implement, custom reports are confusing for non-power users. Customer support and implementation team is weak.
Overall I have liked this software program so far- I am big on Customer Service and this would be a great way for us to better understand and serve our Customers.
This delay is very annoying. No search capability of its own exist in this tool.
We have been using Adobe Analytics for two years and it has been great. It can provide great insights on customer interactions with out website.
It can be difficult to implement. Unlike Google Analytics, there are very few out-of-the-box integrations with Adobe Analytics.
I also enjoyed the ability to easily report on growth (or not) over a period of several months or weeks and be able to showcase each month in a spreadsheet.
It can be difficult to use in the beginning, especially if you're not familiar with analytics tool.
I can also really easily dig into where certain visitors are coming from and what content I can attribute our visitors to the best to help show advertisers that their money is well spent.
Actually a bit difficult to sign on initially.
I love how intuitive it is to use. The best way to learn the system is get in and play with all the fields.
We are still new Adobe Analytics but it has taken me awhile to learn how to use the program. This might just be operator error though.
The Workspace feature is a great way to create reports that you can come back to time and again, like if you wanted to track page views or other metrics on an ongoing basis.
The integration with AI is something that makes this program quite helpful. I don't have time to analyze and plan and this helps me predict what my users will be doing.
It is flexible for customization and its data is easy to export. It does not have any limitations on data filtering like Google Analytics does.
The Adobe Analytics is a good software to do market analysis and its a professional software if you have the money and know how.
The information is searchable, and the response times of the searches are always fast. Great tool for traffic reportage.
Still a had a good experience due to my level of familiarity with the product. I also noticed the product support team were quite attentive.

The calendar and ease of scheduling is the best part of falcon, but the monitoring system is great too.
From lack of Reel support to improper data reporting to extra line breaks and "<?>" boxes when you schedule posts, Falcon is an overpriced nightmare that you should avoid at all costs.
It is a pleasure to use this tool and the quality of data it collects is brilliant. The tool is very easy to use and navigation is seamless.
There's been a lot of problems with the analytics part of Falcon. Empty reports, missing metrics, connection issues and just overall customization and getting the numbers that you need.
Customer service is always great, (Helgi is awesome) (and love that you can send GIFS), and they're usually quick to respond and resolve issues.
It was very buggy, and my team would have to send a ticket at least once per week when something went wrong, or disconnected, or any number of annoying bugs.
The new audience functionality is great and very helpful. The tool is very helpful to listen to your social audience and gain insight and see the impact of your work.
Constantly has minor bugs which slows down our publishing process e.g. strange spacing which cannot be adjusted; content pool not working properly.
Beautiful design, ease of use, fantastic listening tool, 1:1 customer support. The tool was a tremendous help to unify the various social media accounts, passwords, and people across our org.
For us video is a huge part of our social strategy so the inability to use falcon for this is quite frustrating as even short videos tend to be too large a file size for the platform to handle.
Overall, we're very satisfied. And are especially happy with Falcon.io's excellent Customer Support.
The queries generate a lot of SPAM or irrelevant mentions, topics, influencers - no matter how many filters and exclusions you add.
It's super easy to use - we have a few people using the tool for different purposes and everyone reports that it's a delight to use and a real time-saver.
The query writing is made super easy with their NLP assistance. Tools abs widgets are super informative.
As a small business owner, I have a small budget and every dollar counts. I love using Falcon.io to manage my client's accounts because it's simple to use, sleek and they have great customer support.
Super seamless integration of major platforms.
Unlimited User Accounts, API Integrations, Excellent Customer Service.
Small business owners can also take advantage of the expensive social media analytics brandwatch has to offer.

We use Yext to help manage the listings of our clients and so far so good. They are super responsive and I love how everything is updated pretty quickly when you submit or if you have a question.
The customer support is horrible after implementation. It takes almost a month for Yext to respond to questions and they do not allow you to talk to a real person unless you pay an additional 20.
I love that updates and changes are seamless with this software over multiple platforms. Also love the ability to track and monitor reviews all in one place.
For the price, I just don't see the value, the vast majority of the search engines and directories they list are useless, especially for small businesses.
Support team has been excellent getting us started with the capabilities of the app. We have many happy clients thanks to the help of Yext.
Another thing that has always perplexed me about Yext is that it doesn't seem to actually do much in the ay of data analytics besides grab readily available information from Google.
Great customer service, great and easy to use software that quickly and effectively gets client information published on the web.
Also, they do not do internal transfers if a client switches to our company- you have to cancel them out with the first company and then submit a new listing with Yext.
It is easy to add locations, citations are built VERY quickly, customization abilities for each location are really nice too.
Implementation was difficult. They had us set up new Facebook accounts for all locations and said that posts would cascade from the main site.
The most helpful software for what I do for work. Helps generate reviews for my company and is easy to use.
Overall Yext is great and super efficient with handling our clients listings.
Lots of great new things about Yext: Google my business integrations, constantly adding new directories, knowledge tags, and analytics capabilities.
The API has allowed multiple integrations, making this a good hub for all our store data.
Good service that gets you what you need if you're a local business.
Yext is great for handling our Placement tool.
The customer service team is proactive in suggesting ways to make my listings work harder for me.
My overall experience was good, but like I said, the cost was was irked me.

It's a powerful monitoring solution and offers a great sentiment analysis.
We were trying to solve our competitive/market intel sourcing problem, but after 6+ months of usage, we have only realized frustration.
Easy to use and configure, it's a great software.
Setting up searches is time consuming. The logic of Projects, Agents and Lists is a bit confusing.
It's got a much more user-friendly interface to work with, a wide variety of reports to run and present; and ability to share information with others so they can maximize the data.
No additional idea for now, may be if I have more time I can use this SW more often.
I use this software for a weekly newsletter and I have gotten a lot of positive feedback on how easy it is to give weekly updates.
Adding new keywords is problematic because you never know whether or not it will use-up all your monthly mentions.
Digimind is a very good start for whom to have limited access and time consuming.
An easy way to add sources to watch and to validate information, a professional way to generate reports and analysis.
Ease of use and option of direct import of news into Digimind tool.
Easy to use and the interface is consistent. We have the possibility to import information from social networks.
