I believe it is a great asset for any business. Once setup it is extremely easy to use and gives valuable insights to improve and thrive your business.
I was having problems configuring my Google Analytics, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
I love that this is free and easy to use. It's important to set up goals and conversations and then track them over time.
Some reps seem to be less knowledgeable than you are. Some seem to completely misunderstand your questions and then fail to reinterpret.
Overall, positive experience using Google Analytics. Has some good points and is free for deployment, and the reports and visualisation give a nice snapshot on the audience base.
In addition my biggest frustration is the correspondence (or lack there of ) between GA and Search console.
I have used it for a few years now and it has been useful for each company I have worked with. It is great at giving free information on your company and website.

The best thing with Adobe is that they keep providing awesome products, this is one of those tier 1 products, easy to use and understand.
Very hard to implement, custom reports are confusing for non-power users. Customer support and implementation team is weak.
Overall I have liked this software program so far- I am big on Customer Service and this would be a great way for us to better understand and serve our Customers.
This delay is very annoying. No search capability of its own exist in this tool.
We have been using Adobe Analytics for two years and it has been great. It can provide great insights on customer interactions with out website.
It can be difficult to implement. Unlike Google Analytics, there are very few out-of-the-box integrations with Adobe Analytics.
I also enjoyed the ability to easily report on growth (or not) over a period of several months or weeks and be able to showcase each month in a spreadsheet.
It can be difficult to use in the beginning, especially if you're not familiar with analytics tool.
I can also really easily dig into where certain visitors are coming from and what content I can attribute our visitors to the best to help show advertisers that their money is well spent.

Issues around bugs found across the platform. Not show stoppers but can be frustrating when using day-to-day.
The support from Content Square in implementing the software was fantastic, not only was the technical integration seamless, but the training and aftercare has been second to none.
As an A/B test specialist, we may have some difficulty looking at tests which are no longer on the site, however we are discussing this currently with the team.
This product has been a great resource for our team so far. The onboarding was simple and the help center and training sessions have been a great resource in learning all the platform has to offer.
Theres noting so far that I don't like about content square.
Very powerful visual representations of data - making it clear, easy to interpret and impactful. Responsive and engaged customer support team.
Some of the different areas within the tool can be inconsistent in layout/functionality which confuses users.
Being able to see directly how every element of any page affects the customer journey is just amazing useful in making key strategic UX decisions.
Overall, i love the platform. Its easy to use and when I am curious about finding specific metrics, i am always able to get them quickly and efficiently.

Ability to integrate with AB testing tools also helps us provide additional insights as to why a test version performed well or poorly.
Furthermore, thanks to the "Impact quantification" module, it is possible to evaluate the impact of certain user behaviors and plan actions based on the estimated revenue.

I enjoy the customization options and the fact that the platform can help you guide visitors to places on the page you'd like them to visit.
Initial setup can be a little confusing and the UI can be confusing at points but not a deal-breaker.
The amount of data it appends and tracks is amazing. We're able to see which prospects are visiting which pages, and the conversion process.
It's quite limited analytics tool when trying to have aggregated data.
I also like that I can apply more attributes and filters in my reports. There are still rooms for improvement in the UI.
Funnel report too limited, they charge extra for basic features.
You can easily track what are the features user liking and buying the product and from where they are abondaning it.
Very powerful analytics platform for mid or large sized businesses.
