AcKnow is a cloud-based knowledge management system that offers SMBs a single and centralized platform from which to create, monitor and improve knowledge based support workflows. Incorporating a built-in WYSIWYG editor, omnisearch technology, gamification mechanisms, messaging and collaboration tools as well as reporting and statistics capabilities, AcKnow aims to provide users with a comprehensive knowledge management solution for customer service, technical support and IT helpdesk departments.

With the user-friendly WYSIWYG editor, users can create and edit articles easily with attached files and added tags. The AcKnow content management system also grants users access and version control, enabling users to publish content for external users as well as retain internal copies for editing. To help users build their knowledge base efficiently, AcKnow allows users to import existing documents and export articles in Word, PDF and text formats. By supporting categorization, tags and omnisearch technology, AcKnow ensures users can find necessary articles, file attachments and users quickly. Users can also access a terminology glossary and collect feedback in order to evaluate and maintain quality content.

AcKnow employs social mechanics to inform individuals, providing users with a news feed to track their favorite topics, articles and authors. With gamification capacity, AcKnow permits users to create badges with the intention of motivating and engaging employees in the knowledge management process. Other AcKnow features include defined role-based permissions, an inbuilt messenger to promote collaborative editing, an activity dashboard with actionable widgets to help users prioritize tasks and a statistics module to enable users to analyze global, individual and team metrics.

Acknow is very easy to use and manage. We use it for our customer service and tech support team. Acknow improve our support service and helps it to solve different problems in a shorter time. Its features allows to create articles with different content and link it with our documents. The Customer Service Acknow is brilliant. They are always friendly, helpful and quick for response. It's really great!
