Pros

It is a great way to track correspondence and documents. Mostly it is a good user interface with straight forward logical steps.
I like most the Quality, the Support and the ease of use of ACONEX compared to other Document Management Systems.
Best for traceability and sharing of large files. Very good customer support and works well with Aconex Field.

Pros

The ease of use and ability to keep up with everything. I love having the ability to keep up with multiple sites without having to visit them.
Their customer service is friendly and helpful to deal with. If you are in construction management I would give them a try and see if you like it.
The ease of use, flipping through drawing sets, and accessibility of information in the field. Ability to create, assign, and monitor tasks is great, especially during the punch list phase.

Cons

The one problem that is irritating is to log on every time one has to read any mail. To search for the e mail ID's of persons in the loop also takes a lot of time.
Terrible performance - seriously hinders productivity during the day. Uploading files, loading correspondences and workflows load at snails pace and always unpredictable.
Since there are thousands of documents and emails, it is difficult for me to memorize everything.

Cons

The fee structure for pro users is very confusing.
Right now searching/filtering through images is limited.
Currently this software is limited for my use for field reports and punch lists.
