Pros

Ease of use; durability of tracing notifications; great support network; cuts down on paperwork; easy to understand and great sharing ability.
Oracle aconex is used at waterfront development project where I am involved at. This system helps tremendously to improve the quality and progress of the site.
Good, Overall it a a good software not there is always scope for improvement.

Pros

A good advantage is the presence of a strong community that helps to find answers quickly. Smartsheet also makes quite easy to share results with teammates.
Unfortunately any system is only as good as the people who use it and I am constantly looking for systems that I can make as foolproof as possible. Smartsheet is the best I found to date to do this.
It's a fantastic way to share information and get teams collated. We use it for a variety of different reasons, so it's great to see the new features coming in.

Cons

It has allowed us to keep greedy contractors under control with proof of communications and directions - it has allowed us to minimise fake claims against our project.
Terrible performance - seriously hinders productivity during the day. Uploading files, loading correspondences and workflows load at snails pace and always unpredictable.
The email threads and emailing process can get very lengthy and confusing.

Cons

There is not a lot to gripe about SmartSheets other than on occasion, the app can lag or suffer an error and finding what error it is and how to fix it can be a little frustrating.
The continuous loss of features for unlicensed with insufficient notice.
I have all positive comments for this tool but sometimes when it keeps on giving notification that thing I dislike. Otherwise I have no dislikes about smartsheet.
