Pros

Our overall experience to date has been extremely positive, and I cannot say enough for how responsive the Aha! team has been to all of our questions and providing advice on best practices.
Hierarchical nature and flexibility to structure product and marketing in a synergistic nature are unlike any other product I have used. Integrations with JIRA are superb, robust, and reliable.
Features are constantly improved and feedback can be tracked from the ideas board to implementation. Plus, support is always super responsive and you're able to make quick progress.

Pros

I like the ease of use with QC and it has end to end traceability. It is fast and reliable.
Good tool to have a centralized place for your application lifecycle.
This tool will allow your team to run testing process in a very easy manor, once everything is ready for them in matter of STD.

Cons

Some unintuitive behaviour. E.g. some Feature workflow states (that are not in use by any Feature) cannot be deleted because it complains they are in use.
The set up and start up can really be confusing.
I felt that Aha was very confusing when comparing it to Jira and/or Agile Central.

Cons

Sometime it failed to download components while opening in browser due to access level issue. Unfortunately, no support to major automation tool selenium.
In our company we use test case for run and defect.
I really dislike how it is only supported on internet explorer.
