Aha has been fantastic for our organization. We are better able to work together as a team, and communicate timelines. Collaboration is foundational to Aha, and it's supported while also allowing flexibility for different groups to operate on their own terms. It's possible to produce dozens of powerful visualizations when data is captured, and that opens many doors.
It has been a challenge incorporating the breadth of Aha capabilities into our regular processes. We are probably using 20-30% of what Aha can do, but we have already seen significant value from our limited adoption.

Excellent experience and very prompt customer service that provides very specific solutions. We would like for better view into the ideas, especially the timeframes for releases but as a product company ourselves, we understand the reasons while having the same expectations our customers have :)
Seamless features and hierarchies and flexibility across entities. Excellent integrations with JIRA and very appealing dashboards. We particularly use the worksheet feature that allows us to literally create complex queries and link things and view stats the way we want. But the roadmapping process, view by releases etc. is very powerful as we create the direction but also when the product owners take it to the PI planning sessions
Capacity planning needs more options as enterprise software planning is rarely as simple. But as i mentioned above, the worksheet feature allows us to create custom fields and tables to get around this. It is an area that we would love for them to enhance as their reports in that area are awesome.
