Pros

Pros

I am very pleased at the ease of which this integrates with my Accounts software making keeping clients documentation safe and provides clients the ability to securley send paperwork to me.
I like the idea, but that's it. I loved what the software said it would do-- it seemed like a silver bullet solution at the time.
Super easy to upload documents for my CPA and provide important business tax filling information.

Cons

This will only slow you down a minute or two, but it can be mildly frustrating.
Then we ran out of space again. Then, the dashboard told us that we had space, but we were getting error messages that we were out of space.
The customer service is terrible, the wait to talk to someone could take hours and they would promise a call back but it wouldn't happen.
