We use amagno as digital storage and automatically organize our files.

Pros

The software automatically allocates files wherever they are needed.

Cons

Not tech-savvy people may need some support for setting up magnets (system of organizing files automatically) but the support responds quickly and is top-notch.

- easy to learn (from a user's as well as administrator's perspective) - perfectly fits our needs - no modules, you always get the whole software - easy to integrate into already existing IT-landscape (interfaces to 3rd party software available) - on premise as well as cloud solution available - detailed documentation / knowledge base - well trained support team
