Pros

Easy to use Ability to segregate content into "spaces" if necessary Excellent help and support. I have never had to wait to talk to the vendor.
Gamification elements like badges, reputation points. An ability to control permission based on a reputation score as a kind of gratification for active users.
It is one of the excellent support with very responsive application. Also its a powerful tool for building knowledge based questions/answers.

Pros

We were using Trello, and while we loved it for its simplicity, it was just too simple for our needs. Clickup is significantly more robust, and their support is amazing.
I like rich set of features and ease of use. Very useful and cost effective tool for organising and delegating tasks.
Click up has been a great addition to our team. The support team are very helpful and we have seen a lot of improvement in our workflow.

Cons

Issues can be closed and locked for comment by moderators. This is extremely frustrating to users when its clear the moderator does not understand the problem or simply makes a mistake.
Its difficult to navigate. Also issue can be locked or closed by the moderator which is really frustrating.
Managing spammers is not ideal. But same goes for many other similar products.

Cons

Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
Everything is too much grey in grey, they have pain to read (and they hate the dark mode! It's depressing!) the font is too small.
It can get complicated real quick. The downside of this software is that it has too many tabs and folders all in a small space which makes it confusing at times.
