Pros

Easy to use Ability to segregate content into "spaces" if necessary Excellent help and support. I have never had to wait to talk to the vendor.
Gamification elements like badges, reputation points. An ability to control permission based on a reputation score as a kind of gratification for active users.
It is one of the excellent support with very responsive application. Also its a powerful tool for building knowledge based questions/answers.

Pros

It is super easy to use and they provide amazing tools to control the look and feel of a knowledge base article. I like that you can relate articles to one another, you can apply keywords.
We are hoping to use this to help our customers find the information they need and quickly. We are thankful for the great support Helpjuice has been while we work towards this.
Had a few support kerfuffles but in the end, they came through and were great to work with. By far the best bang for your buck.

Cons

Issues can be closed and locked for comment by moderators. This is extremely frustrating to users when its clear the moderator does not understand the problem or simply makes a mistake.
Its difficult to navigate. Also issue can be locked or closed by the moderator which is really frustrating.
Managing spammers is not ideal. But same goes for many other similar products.

Cons

No livechat automation, but I understand that is in the works.
There is no back and forth. They understand the issue you describe and they fix it.
There is currently no way to export or download articles as pdf files. This is a feature I believe they may be working on though.
