Pros

Easy to use Ability to segregate content into "spaces" if necessary Excellent help and support. I have never had to wait to talk to the vendor.
Gamification elements like badges, reputation points. An ability to control permission based on a reputation score as a kind of gratification for active users.
It is one of the excellent support with very responsive application. Also its a powerful tool for building knowledge based questions/answers.

Pros

The overall experience has been great. One of the very few email clients available for mac which comes with a conversation like email thread.
When you're shooting messages back and forth to dozens of people, being able to keep up with conversations with simple bubbles is a super help.
Among the various tools looking to make email better, I believe this one does it best.

Cons

Issues can be closed and locked for comment by moderators. This is extremely frustrating to users when its clear the moderator does not understand the problem or simply makes a mistake.
Its difficult to navigate. Also issue can be locked or closed by the moderator which is really frustrating.
Managing spammers is not ideal. But same goes for many other similar products.

Cons

I had a few issues when I set it up, but that could have easily been operator error.
The only negative at the moment is it is web based. Looking forward to having an App for my Mac in the future.
Work email accounts with @customname.com are not free. Charged per email account.
