Pros

Easy to use Ability to segregate content into "spaces" if necessary Excellent help and support. I have never had to wait to talk to the vendor.
Gamification elements like badges, reputation points. An ability to control permission based on a reputation score as a kind of gratification for active users.
It is one of the excellent support with very responsive application. Also its a powerful tool for building knowledge based questions/answers.

Pros

The extremely good Usability - its a really help in daily business. And the cooperation with sabio is pragmatic, fast, easy and smart.
Knowledge Management with variety of innovative functions and excellent cost-performance ratio.
Easy to integrate and good care during the implementation phase.

Cons

Issues can be closed and locked for comment by moderators. This is extremely frustrating to users when its clear the moderator does not understand the problem or simply makes a mistake.
Its difficult to navigate. Also issue can be locked or closed by the moderator which is really frustrating.
Managing spammers is not ideal. But same goes for many other similar products.

Cons

We had problem in the past when an experienced employee left the organisation. Now we have all the organisations knowledge organised and available for everybody anytime.
Stable communication processes in IT crisis situations.
