Pros

Easy to use Ability to segregate content into "spaces" if necessary Excellent help and support. I have never had to wait to talk to the vendor.
Gamification elements like badges, reputation points. An ability to control permission based on a reputation score as a kind of gratification for active users.
It is one of the excellent support with very responsive application. Also its a powerful tool for building knowledge based questions/answers.

Pros

Yext has been great with customer support and caring about my needs. The sales team has been very helpful whenever I have a question.
Our experience with Yext has been amazing. Our company had an existing subscription that I took over, so in any other instance I would have been out of luck with training.
Price is kind of high, but their service is worth it. Their support is really great and responsive too.

Cons

Issues can be closed and locked for comment by moderators. This is extremely frustrating to users when its clear the moderator does not understand the problem or simply makes a mistake.
Its difficult to navigate. Also issue can be locked or closed by the moderator which is really frustrating.
Managing spammers is not ideal. But same goes for many other similar products.

Cons

Another big negative is that if we were ever to stop using Yext, the citations we purchased through Yext will be "unlocked" and basically lost.
In fact, there were things the sales rep flat out lied about.
Don't fall for the smooth sales guy. Their support is pathetic.
