It is really good. i actually use any.do for the daily moments and to do for the integration with my ooutlook calendar. Any.do is more user friendly with less options to control. but the free ones get the job done perfectly
Any.do is very like microsoft TO DO in that it helps you organize your daily life. It depends on the characteristics that someone is looking if one is better than the other. TO DO is easier between both, but Any.do has a better widget system for your selphone integrated into your calendar. One of the best features is the ANY DO MOMENT. It puts your screen white and tells you one by one each assigment...
The payment. There are a lot of characteristics hidden behind a paywall, whcih i understand because its a third party product that needs funding. The integration with outlook would make it better and easier. And the integration with other apps has to be done with a third party app that has to be paid as well so it could be expensive.

• Absolutely gorgeous UI. They say it's award winning and no wonder, I've tried todoist, google tasks (which come pretty close but are not as feature rich) and evernote to manage my TODOs and the competition is not even close. • Integration with Zapier. I don't use this extensively but I have my google tasks linked to Any.do through zapier because IFTTT supports google tasks and not any.do, so I use...
• I got premium just because of how frequently I use the app but none of the premium features are really worth paying for. I paid largely to support the devs, it was cheap enough. The daily Moment (where Any.do makes you go through that day's tasks and mark them done or postpone them) is the only thing I'd consider paying for, but even though you technically only get unlimited moments with premium...

The only thing I constantly have on my person is my smart watch, I loved Any.do since I could still use it and get reminders.
I love that there's an app for my phone and watch. I also love using the daily planner, calendar, and budgeting. I finish my To-Do lists since I'm focused and get reminders. To-Do/tasks don't have to include a time. Any.do asks what my focus is in the morning and helps with that goal. I haven't seen that in any other app.
I want it to be user friendly and I want more in the free part of the app, or lower cost altogether. I also want a note category.

Managing my daily task and event is very efficient with Any.do. It will trigger an notification for any task that are nearing the due date and help me to manage my daily task better.
There not much that this software has its negative side, other than the premium plan for this software is quite expensive compared to the other software in the same niche. Other than that, i love this software.

it is an invaluable tool to me as a calendar for my Android device. However as it's main purpose as a todo list it's average compared to other tools at a premium cost.
The calendar portion of this app is not just better than any other task tool, but better than any other Android calendar period! I have tried them all
for the cost annually I would not expect very many bugs, yet I have had to open probably 4 service tickets over the last year with bugs on the app.

I love the ability to add any.do as a google chrome extension. This makes it so easy to always be able to access your to do list - whenever you need to. I'm a list person and I live for lists. This app is simple and easy to use and syncs across the browser extension and app for seamless list-keeping.
I don't use the calendar feature within the app. Perhaps there could be slight UI tweaking but other than that - it's hard to find any negatives about any.do, especially with the price point of FREE.

During my short time with this app, I loved it's UI the most. It was a delight, adding tasks and checking them off. I also love its seamless transition from desktop to the mobile. And the natural language to create tasks is its best feature. No other to-do app can topple that at the moment.
I didn't like that you had to buy the pro version to get a theme. Also, sometimes the Android version of the app just freezes, which is highly undesireable for me. Finally, I can't help but feel that the pro version is a tad bit more expensive that I'd like a to-do app to be.

Helps me organize all my business related projects.
I enjoy that this app is visually appealing and reminds me to plan my day every morning. It's also extremely seamless in collaboration.
I hate the cost, it is a bit high. I was upset also that their customer service isn't that great. I switched to notion because of that.

Any.do is not the most feature rich to-do list application, but the free option offers exceptional value for money and its simplicity could be be considered an advantage for many users.
Any.do lacks some of the more advanced features found in other to-do list applications, but as previously mentioned this is countered by the value for money offered.

This is an excellent free solution for a simple to use todo list for an individual.
The learning curve is fairly low and you can be up and running in just a few minutes. This definitely helps me keep track of important daily urgent task and I also like the fact that it is available on multiple platforms.
They do have a premium version that does add some much-needed features to make this tool more powerful, however it will cost you a pretty penny.

It offers the features you need, and that's it, the UI is nice, but not engaging. It's a good tool for simple tasks management, but TO ME, doesn't offer the additional functions I need to keep everything up to date and get some project management done.
Its lack of additional features would be forgiven if the price tag was lower.

It`s a fairly comprehensible calendar, with a much cheaper price tag than its peers. Decent UI, and lots of options.
I might be biased, but it would be great to be able to integrate with my other tools (autoresponders and Linkedin primarily)
