Pros

The app is a good extension to already existing project management tools, but I hope with time they add new functions that would help it fully replace project management tools.
Approval Studio makes it all seamless. It's a designers dream come true.
I love that interface and workflow are so friendly that it is impossible to spend much time on something except working on the artwork.

Pros

I love to write and this is the software for learning how to put all my documents in order to establish a great novel or song. Just starting, but will have fun learning.
It has a great corkboard feature that allows you to setup each section and visually rearrange them to see how the project flows. It has an active forum with great support.
I love the ability to write character profiles and back story, save them and access them whenever I need to enter info about their personality, wardrobe and other details.

Cons

I found a small inconvenience - when there are too many annotations, all comments in the right panel shifted somewhere beyond the screen. Though with the latest release it has been fixed.
We are limited to the types of files you can upload.
Convenient way to approve the graphics files with no overtime.

Cons

I said above 'a bit of a learning curve' but at one point it was so difficult to maneuver that I actually lost a pile of text.
My only other 'complaint' would be that its local only, no cloud saves or accessing it from another computer. That's not the end of the world, just something to be aware of.
I am a bit disappointed that it is not available for Android yet.
