Pros

The feature that I like the most is the ability to send confidential and secure surveys out plus the interface is super friendly.
The product is very easy to use and it is great that it has both web access as well as apps in the leading platforms.
I am so happy with the software as it allows me to ensure that theBoard is properly set up and always prepared.

Pros

We love the software and the service from support is outstanding. We have a phenomenal relationship with eSCRIBE staff.
Customer service is outstanding - friendly, quick to respond and very helpful.
It has been an overall positive experience. Customer service is awesome.

Cons

The app is not available on IPhone. Also, there is a lag in the system which makes difficult to review the documents without exiting and signing back in.
I can not think of one negative thing about Aprio and their team.
As my referencing was spasmodic confined to four times a year back referencing was necessary not only with reference to data fed on Aprio but other emails. I found it difficult to link both.

Cons

As a result staff got frustrated and lost trust in the software.
I find it difficult to create new templates and they all appear different even though the settings were the same as another template. Preview button is painful to use.
We lost some functionality after the last upgrade.
