Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Its a great product and the company has great support. Its free and you can store an unlimited amount of notes. Tasks are now easier and more fun to accomplish, so I can say that Toodledo has made my life better. I used Toodledo almost a decade ago when the design looked modern, the iOS syncing was innovative and helpful, and the competition landscape was dry. It was reliable and the uptime is great. The free plan is good for individuals and pricing on the other tiers is very fair.

Avoid this until/if this issue is fixed. Following are the things i love about the application. Love the support in the application for multimedia. Working within a page is not always intuitive. Text blocks get merged into each other and in order to avoid it you have to create a text block further down the page which can quickly get disorganized.

This software is definitely easy to use and very easy to organize. I love that I can share documents with co-workers without giving them the ability to edit my document. Because it has so many features, it can be confusing sometimes. Also, if someone delete something by mistake, there is no way to retrieve the data back.

Filters on project pages to see only your tasks, or only certain tasks filtered by tags is neat. Nice integrations and full REST API is a nice addition. It is an enjoyable experience, it made some company processes very easy and unbureaucratic, we have much more visibility of the projects and it unified some tasks that were made separately.

The lack of drag and drop used to be the biggest con for me, since I upload files often. Nice API, you can take all your data and do whatever you want with it. The request management system is pretty good. We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems.

While this is not about the software, Oracle has been hiking up prices for the past few years, to the point that it's gotten costly. It might be a relevant barrier for smaller companies. Overall its good as in it does what it needs to do, and then some. It's useful but feel at times we are only touching the capabilities of this software other then really utilizing it.
