Pros

I love the ease of use, I can manage all tasks created for myself and others. I love the platforms appearance as well as the assistance offered to keep myself up to date with new features rolled out.
It is an efficient and productive organization tool, you can take advantage of collaborative work with it, as it improves it, making it more useful in the tasks that we are most skilled.
We have improved our efficiency when it comes to completing projects in a timely fashion thanks to the help of Asana. On top of that, it is fully integrated in our Slack Channels.

Pros

I felt comfortable chatting the customer service reps and they were actually PEOPLE which makes everything easier. They were helpful, friendly, and made my experience on the platform seamless.
It's super easy to use, the design is beautiful and crisp, the mobile app is near perfect. There also seems to be consistnet updates and they're always bringing in new features.
There are amazing reminders to follow up on clients invoices etc. and the app on your phone is easy to use. Honestly, I have tried a gazillion of these apps and this is by far the best.

Cons

Any problems we have it with is more a lack of our own organization or keeping up with tasks than the software itself.
In using Asana at previous jobs there is also a decided lack of strategy and communication when rolling out updates compared to competitors which was maddening at my last position.
I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring.

Cons

The time tracking for projects/clients is a little tricky to figure out. Ve accidentally tracked time for the right client but for the wrong project.
Inability to clone an invoice that you have already used. Inability to set a rate based on a client in the client set up stage.
I have always billed by the quarter-hour but now have to manually adjust the time before I invoice (which is a pain).
