The search functionality of the software allows users to easily locate documents with the help of customized tags and search queries. Users can also find and access previous versions of documents.

A key feature of the software is the barcode security which assigns barcodes for every printed document. This barcode can be used to locate the document stored in the online repository which helps in tracking previous versions and changes made in the document.

Other features of the software include the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and the digital signature which allow users to secure their documents using e-signatures. Using the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) functionality, users can easily upload and save the handwritten contracts and documents into text files and PDF documents with a high degree of accuracy.
