We are thinking of integrating the confluence with Jira to store all the details of issues and reports on confluence. The UI is very user friendly and easy to use.

Pros

The best part about this software is it can be used to multiple functions such as content management, document repository and knowledge management

Cons

There is a very less customization possible with Confluence and this is something that I dislike

Excellent tool

Pros

I have been using it for different activities like project planning, project & team management, requirement gathering, scheduling, team collaboration which are accessible on both web and mobile making the work activities fun and focusing on other project specific activities leaving all other things to confluence.

Cons

As I have been using this for a couple of years, I did not find any so far except on a certain occasion, an error appears and landed out of login, but after that, i did not get any till date.

Overall an OK piece of software for light collaboration and project management, storage of documents work a bit like Microsoft's Sharepoint (but better in comparison as Sharepoint sucks).

Pros
