Pros

We've gone from Trello to it because it allows more flexibility and a better management. The customer team is also great, ask for a new feature, if it's a good idea they add it.
Great interface, amazing customer service (it never takes longer 2 minutes to hear back from them) and has really improved the way my team works.
Azendoo is a fantastic tool for collaborating with teams on projects where there are many tasks and multiple people responsible.

Pros

Easy to use, scalable to any size company and has a fantastic phone app. Customer support is good and it was easy to install and set up the software.
Previously, we attempted to use Gmail to accomplish this, but Front does a great job of managing the workflow of sharing one email and collaborating effectively.
M still learning on how to customize it to better fit my needs. We use this app as our internal help centre (we previously used Zendesk) and I'm optimistic on the premise of this app.

Cons

No spell checker on the app, no time management for individual projects, the chat system is rather slow to navigate, the interface is a tad bland, hard to reassign tasks to employees.
Inability to scroll on the sidebar, Task system is a bit buried, attaching files can be unresponsive at times.
I find the app to be very difficult to use and inaccurate at times. The notifications shown on the app do not show align with what I see when I log in on a computer.

Cons

This is just a feature request rather than a complaint, but I can have all the conversations in an email opened by default instead of the collapsed view.
I can't believe that I could even live without Front before. I don't see how I can ever go back to the old way of just sending e-mails and losing the collaboration function that Front provides.
We have a shared inbox and we had trouble to avoid double answers and we had to forward the emails to each other or CC them on our replies so they could get informed of a conversation.
