Pros

We've gone from Trello to it because it allows more flexibility and a better management. The customer team is also great, ask for a new feature, if it's a good idea they add it.
Great interface, amazing customer service (it never takes longer 2 minutes to hear back from them) and has really improved the way my team works.
Azendoo is a fantastic tool for collaborating with teams on projects where there are many tasks and multiple people responsible.

Pros

Further, it has a 'karma's feature that shows how good you are at managing your tasks, this helps boost productivity. It improved the productivity of our organization multi fold.
Todoist is a great piece of software that helps you create a personalized to-do list of tasks you need to complete. I love how you can organize your tasks by importance, deadline and groups.
Todoist has been a solid task tracker for our company since we started using it more consistently. The ability to share and assign tasks has definitely improved our communication and organization.

Cons

No spell checker on the app, no time management for individual projects, the chat system is rather slow to navigate, the interface is a tad bland, hard to reassign tasks to employees.
Inability to scroll on the sidebar, Task system is a bit buried, attaching files can be unresponsive at times.
I find the app to be very difficult to use and inaccurate at times. The notifications shown on the app do not show align with what I see when I log in on a computer.

Cons

I've experienced it lagging before but that may not have been necessarily the software (could have been a bad connection or the device I was using.).
I was shocked when I realize you can't retrieved your "done" tasks. You tick it, and it's gone, that's quite annoying and undesirable.
It can be a pain when you accidentally mark a task as done to get into the completed tasks and get it back to uncompleted.

Azendoo

Superb ergonomics, great functionalities, amazing people

We are a marketing and communication agency made of a few associate directors and a vast network of expert partners in complementary areas to ours. We benchmarked the most recommended Social Project Management tools, including Asana, ToDoist, Trello. Our definite choice goes to Azendoo without an hesitation.

Pros

We were originally looking for a tool with which we could have contextuel conversations about projects and tasks, instead of having confusing email+IM+sms conversations. Ergonomics are great in Azendoo : having dicussions about tasks and projects seems very natural, and we can follow-up our exchanges in their context. That's exactly what we wanted.

Cons

Nothing really. The price might be a little high, but for a few years now, we have made the choice to pay a slightly higher price for more quality, and this tool has become central to our project-management process.
