Pros

We are also excited about the new features being introduced to improve the software.
This software is extremely easy to use and has saved a great deal of time and paper across a number of departments.
The software has clearly set out sections, is easy and intuitive to use, has very informative user guides and excellent customer support.

Pros

The best thing about this is there is no end of the customisation and it is super user friendly.
Our exhibitors were thrilled with the real-time analytics that the Hubilo platform provided, and ability to chat/meet one-on-one with our participants.
At times we did require their help to customize bits and they were very responsive and helpful.

Cons

Genuinely not sure what i can think of as a negative.
Have found that there is a lack of detail provided when new versions are released.
Don't go for BoardPaq and BoardPad. They have lousy features and lousier support.

Cons

Unable to delete sections created by error, makes the dashboard cluttered and sometime confusing. Limited options of page layout for some sections.
Unable to manage spacing between sections, makes the page lengthy. No option to edit registration entry of wrong email.
For me, the most humiliating part is the demo team who are totally unprofessional in attitude and I wonder why they are just wearing innerwear for the meeting.
