The most notables are enhancing and improving communication through better lineups, hazard reporting , general actions, document review, pre-ops, pre-tasks, positive recognition, etc.
Like any software implementation, the software is only as good as the culture within an organization to that drives transformation.
The software is easy to use, Great location for communication of safety task and compliance for all worker levels.

The history of incidents can be reviewed so that we don't make the same mistakes again.
Some of the features that could be improved would be the notification software - Similar to Facebook or other social media platforms theres no mistaking when someone tags you or prompts something.
