I was really struggling to use similar software, such as techsmith or others and none of them really did everything that I wanted. Once I landed on Berrycast, my and my entire team's productivity shot WAY up. Because it is so easy to record and to say "this" is what is wrong, everyone gets it! No more spending hours of time trying to explain what went wrong...this has been a HUGE timesaver.

Great system for communicating "this" is what I mean!

Very good with the exception of a few hiccups, but when they were happening it was extremely inconvenient. They've made vast improvements since and I still use Berrycast in conjunction with other tools.

This is not the one there are WAYYY better options out there

It is a great product to use to do tutorial videos for customers on how to use their wordpress websites. 

Better than Loom especially if you get it through Appsumo! 

Now I can record screen from my Macbook & Windows PC. And very easy to share the recorded video to my clients & teammates. That is why Berrycast is cool to me. It helps me to save my time. Thank you.

I use Berrycast to communicate with clients and contractors topics that would be hard to explain by text only. I use it as a quick and easy way to screen share and record audio to explain something. It's super simple to do.

Excellent Loom Alternative, definitely recommended!

I’ve been really trying to love this platform but my overall experience has been negative. More than their unlimited storage, I care for having my teammates able to create longer than 5minute videos. However on my MacBook When I start a recording their app pops up and won’t let me easily choose what to record. My first experience sharing a video with a client they could not view it since it kept buffering and audio was not very good. 
They have good ideas but I wonder if they will be able to succeed. I hope so but not sure yet if I will stay for the ride. 

Still much room to grow, but will they?

J'ai eu Berrycast à leurs débuts, avec un lifetime Appsumo.
Une année après ils ont changé les termes et facturation de tous leurs clients (y compris les lifetime). Sans justifier, sans prévenir, sans rien, et sans même répondre aux plaintes et tickets reçus).
Ils ne répondent toujours pas aux tickets d'assistance aujourd'hui.
Je songe basculer sur Loom ou équivalent.

Easily record a screen with Berrycast

It's a great tool to do a screen recording and share with others. I've also used it to create pieces to put into other video footage.

Aside from a small issue where I couldn't record with my AirPods without having some sort of metallic sound, everything else was great. I switched to a USB microphone and the problem was solved. It was all for the better as the mic quality was significantly better. 

Berrycast is giving Loom a serious run for their money

At present, with endless meetings, I need to record most of them to go back and view them for my reference. With the help of BerryCast, I no longer have to worry if I will reach my recording limit and if I no longer have memory in my computer because it saves online. It's so easy to record my screen and share the video with colleagues or clients. And I know that when something is not working, there will be a very responsive customer support team who will help me out. Again, BerryCast is highly efficient, exceptionally reliable, easy to use, and exceeds my and my teams' expectations.

BerryCast makes my videos readily accessible via it's desktop application. The user interface and experience is excellent. My team and I have found Berrycast to be incredibly reliable, simple to use, and exceeds our expectations. On top of all that, they provide wonderful customer support! 

Fast & Easy Communication via Screen Recording

The customer service has been responsive which is nice. They have also been tweaking features and recently added in a annotation feature. I did wish they brought back the option to download the videos prior to uploading- this is just in case the upload fails and the video disappears.

An amazing alternative to loom. 

The main way we use Berrycast is to present our projects to clients asynchronously. The app allows us to be more concise, more to the point, and saves everyone's time by avoiding yet another hour-long Zoom meeting. 

In a 5-10 minute video, I showcase the mock-ups of the project, explain our creative vision, and suggest some thoughts and next steps for discussing this presentation. Customers love being able to watch presentations at their convenience and the ease of a browser.

The other main way we use Berrycast is to give feedback to our team, on designs they produced. Team members appreciate this vocal and visual feedback along with an email that lists every correction to make, that serves as a checklist.
