Pros

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.

They have been wonderful to work with. They have went over and beyond and have been very accommodating while working with me.
As promised it is taking off and extremely excited for what else is to come in the future and what executives can work now they have a great website to send all of my leads to.
Our company has used and gets great results from mymarketing360.com for years now. The re-targeting ads are very effective, the real-time analytics are excellent, and the customer support is awesome.

Cons

Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
Storing and uploading a large size files is keep get interrupted and very frustrating experience with it.

Cons

Poor customer service, lots of errors that created problems in our SEO.
I feel they can be pricey in the sense that every thing that they do you get charged for.
I put myself in a very bad spot using these guys.

Cons

Cons

For those of us who are in the marketing boom, we constantly need software that provides the appropriate services when we have our sales and marketing in an effective way, that is why Bitrix24 has great features such as: tasks, projects, file exchange between others, resulting in great solutions in the field of industry regardless of the size of our personal business.

In my quest for free marketing software, I came across Bitrix24, and as always I was impressed by the features… and the Price. So, I signed up and BAM I was met with a dashboard field with features and details and that chat box at the right-hand corner. I got overwhelmed and closed the tab. A week later I was ready to give it another try so I came back and took the time to go through the features...

Pros

The CRM and email marketing features are amazing so is the tasks, work mail, and the telephony feature.

Cons

There has been a major improvement in the interface, it is less cluttered than it used to be. Bit the right side of the dashboard is still a bit cluttered.

Best Free CRM On The Market

I've tested a bunch of 'free' CRM options and found that only two (Bitrix24 and Hubspot) are really free. All others (Zoho, Insightly) severely limit their free versions. The number of features you get in Bitrix24 is truly astounding.

Pros

I love that the free version includes everything - telephony, email marketing, quotes, invoices, web forms, tasks projects and documents

Cons

All features are bundled together. There's no way to get CRM or project management separately.

The benefits I got are improvements in group work, improvements in sales coordination with my team.

Pros

I like that I can manage my own sales groups, create email marketing campaigns, easy scheduling and video conferences.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about this sofa rather I recommend it to all users very practical and useful when doing a good team work.

We use Bitrix 24 in few of our projects. It has helped us a lot.

Pros

Solid email marketing integration and other popular tools. centralized communications and collaboration Has an option to automatically record phone calls. Open channels feature is really good.

Cons

UI can be improved. Apart from that I don’t see any issues with this tool.
