We also use the task management tools provided as our alternative task management platform and to manage my basic daily task.

Pros

Bitrix24 has almost everything that a "Customer Relationship Management" needs and it is very easy to implement this platform to work flawlessly with our current system.

Cons

They should also fix the integration feature, as some of the integration is not properly integrated and no data are shown in the software after it is connected.

The flexibility of the tool is great and its usage is pretty simple and Bitrix24 makes use of modern cloud technologies to allow efficient collaboration within our company.

We have discontinued from using the platform as some integration is not supported by this platform and the free features is simply not feature rich enough to running a complex project.

Pros

It can be used to managing task and acted as a CRM to smoothing the customer support tools related.

Cons

It can be access both from a stand-alone platform also from cloud base browser and smartphone, but the mobile version is too clunky unlike the stand-alone platform.

Generally, I would say we have some complaints. We get used to having this software but lack of improvement would be a source of the problem for Bitrix24 as its competitors started to offer convenient packages with low prices.

Pros

Since during the event management and organizing period we use our telephones instantly, the feature of connecting to the phone number is an amazing feature.

Cons

The price absolutely differs from other competitors, it requires an amount which could a hindrance for newly started companies. The Mobile version does not include all features that reveal problems in my travel period.
