It does the basic things you'll expect from a CRM; however, The user interface is not so intuitive and you'll require an extensive training and help to properly get the best out of the product

Very efficient CRM tool Offers easy integrations with third party services Very comprehensive dashboard Easy to use custom email templates Mobile support for both IOS and Android Free version now available

We were looking for an all-in-one solution for Sales, Customer Management, Client Tracking, Task Management, and chat. I tried services such as Asana for task management, Uber Conference for voice and video calling, Slack for team chat, and Sandglaz for project management.

Pros

It's easier for non-tech savvy people to get involved with. Mobile app to keep everything with you as you go.

Cons

Although you can set deadlines on your tasks, it doesn't automatically let you know about them unless you log into the program or set a reminder manually.

My highlights: Workflow automation -- automatically triggered rules or actions Email integration Whenever someone interacts with a record, the creator of that record gets notified of any activity on it Timetracking and users’ timesheets Customizable workflow processes Complex sales funnel You can use web forms for lead management You can choose between a Kanban view or a traditional view Integration with a good range of third party apps

Cons

I’m in two minds about the UI – on one hand I like that Britix24 has so much to offer and I need to remind myself that the ultimate goal is a one-stop CRM, but there’s a lot to take in and it can feel overwhelming; however the settings are not pushed upon you as Britix24 gives you choices all the way through though the customization options could be more accommodating.

The flexibility of the tool is great and its usage is pretty simple and Bitrix24 makes use of modern cloud technologies to allow efficient collaboration within our company.

Pros

- Shared company and personal drives - Mobile app - Integrated voice and video conference - Tasks dashboard - Tasks can be assigned, supervised and followed within a given department of the company - Customizable activity stream with smart follow mode

Cons

- Only a few apps are available in the marketplace and most of them do not add value to the tool - Push notifications on the mobile app can be slow and the app takes some time to load on our devices.

On the left, of your app screen can find your workspace, from where you can create tasks.

Cons

The only downside with Bitrix24 is the way the notifications pops out, It's really annoying when a bunch of notifications appears, and the major concern is to deal with important notifications out of the bulks.

Generally, I would say we have some complaints. We get used to having this software but lack of improvement would be a source of the problem for Bitrix24 as its competitors started to offer convenient packages with low prices.

Pros

Since during the event management and organizing period we use our telephones instantly, the feature of connecting to the phone number is an amazing feature.

Cons

The price absolutely differs from other competitors, it requires an amount which could a hindrance for newly started companies. The Mobile version does not include all features that reveal problems in my travel period.
