Great Software

Bitrix24 is a great software with a lot of feautures, that even in its free version has a lot to offer to its users. We have been using is as a CRM, to manage clients, customers, leads, projects, contacts and even employees with great success. We have been using it in its free version, which offers all we need. If you are willing to pay, you are getting even better tools and more powerful options. It is a great software and we can only recommend it.

What do you like best?

A lot of features. Free to use. Versatile and flexible A lot of integrations

What do you dislike?

A bit complicated to get used to as user and admin

Why did you end up selecting Bitrix24 over other applications?

Bitrix24 is free and offers a lot of features

If so, why did you switch?

Bitrix was a recommendation from a friend, who is using the bitrix self hosted version. We have decided to give it a try and it was great.

What is your main use case with Bitrix24?

CRM and Project Management, as well as invocing.

It is now easier to manage projects and customer goals, as it can be clearly tracked what has been done with a customer and / or a lead.

What is your ROI?

We are interested in Bitrix and we have been using it for a long time in its free version. However, for us there is no need to upgrade to a paid plan, as we are happy with the funcionality we have, which also covers all our company's needs.
