This tool made it possible for various application team to keep an eye on the Biztalk interfaces. Hence reducing dependency on Biztalk admins and sparing them for more productive work.

Perhaps, more controls providing easy processing of failed records would be good to have.

Saves valuable HR time

Pros

This is a big time-saver since BizPortals 365 takes care of sending notifications about late approvals, form withdrawals, etc., and has a nice feature where HR can by-pass a manager’s approval in the event they are on leave or not available (prevents forms from being stuck with the manager forever). ** It has become so easy to have all employee related information on the intranet.

** The User Interface has some room for improvement
