Pros

We were amazed and completely satisfied to have acquired a platform with incredible quality. Without a doubt, having invested in Blizz has been the best.
For me, one of the best things about Blizz is that it offers a very secure environment as it has data encryption allowing only the needed parties to have a look at what is being shared.
On this aspect, what I liked most about this application is that with it, solid chat functions are maintained, which has been very useful for us.

Pros

From administrators to calendar users, the platform is intuitive to use and offers truly useful features. Our users love the ease of expressing interest in an event and notifications in their inbox.
The calendar has a nice look and has a lot of features integrated into it. It has been stable and reliable throughout the time we've used it.
It's very user focused, very customizable, and a great solution for Higher Ed where so many different parts of the org have slightly different needs that can be accommodated.

Cons

I did expect an error message to be shown on-screen to let me know that the user does not have Blizz account, rather than no feedback at all.
The program can not be used if there is no internet, so if the connection goes down the remote assistance is terminated, it is also difficult to get the license to update the program.
I really miss a volume slider in the GUI; it is bit tricky and slow to find it somewhere in the options. Skype, for example, has one.

Cons

On several occasions the answers provided by support have been blatantly wrong and only through our own channels have we been able to fix problems that the vendor created.
That it does not work well with the Squarespace platform.
We also found an issue with users being able to create their own avatar, in some cases the avatar could be offensive and there is no way to easily "report" that to the calendar admins.
